Yes but....costs are costs and who will absorb them??? Oh and, do you really think the feds have any control over what the municipalities do, charge and say?? If you do, man, you are seriously out of touch LOL Oh and since 2019, there have also been huge increase in material and labour costs.

Lots said about local admin and costs but, fact is, who will then pay for the development infrastructure and even more, the continuing maintenance of it? Push it on the developers and builders? Oh, for sure that will lower the cost of housing LOL Sometime I wonder about folks, it costs what it costs to build and no one, no builder or developer or landlord is going to sell or rent for less than it costs to build or maintain.

3 posts and none have anything to do with your title of this thread??

I suspect it is the beginning of a election budget. More promises to be unkept LOL. Election will happen before any of the promises become effective so no problem promising everything that will not need to be kept.

Here is what I said and your link to prove me wrong.... https://www.statista.com/statistics/443063/number-of-immigrants-in-canada/ You were saying..." Well, that sort of back fired didn't it. LOL You were trying to prove something that does not exist. One higher than average year out of 22 with high immigration does not make immigration a liberal problem. Harper was the leader for many of those years. Analyze why 2022 was high, wars in Europe and middle east and refugees from everywhere and Canada stood tall.

Dude, it is painfully obvious that you can instantly change a conversation to an insulting diatribe. It is pretty easy for you to be a dick and that is what is really painful for us. Lets face it, what I really hate is A$$holes like you that cannot have a meaningful conversation without insulting those that do not bow to your take on things. Cannot handle your fanatical paranoiac !diocy anymore...Block

Nope, not disgruntled at all but certainly disillusioned. Whether I cast a vote is really a voting day decision. I have almost always voted, just so I can complain. I hate vague promises. I want to know what my candidate is and what he will do. I want a professional telling me exactly what to expect, not a used car salesman making promises they don't have to or intend to keep. "I will make things better" is not a promise, it is closed empty box that you cannot see into.
