  1. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-says-mar-a-lago-home-florida-siege-fbi-agents Sad that we live next to a disgraceful nation
  2. Lol.. coming from a guy who believes the reoccurring clown show is legitimate
  3. 1. No, Trump is not responsible for the actions of others. 2. The January 6th "committee" is a clown show full of all democrats or Trump haters lol... same old nonsense just like "collusion" 3. Absolutely... they've falsely claimed cops were racist with no evidence other than some manipulated statistics.
  4. Leftists are dumb. Another 7 trillion dollar spending bill to curb inflation? Because doing exactly the same thing that caused the inflation to begin with is going to solve it ?.. You must have sub 70 IQ to be a Democrat.
  5. And you saw torching downtown cores as people "just blowing off steam" and "mostly peaceful". I'd say the summer of love was much more detrimental than some snobby politicians getting rattled a bit
  6. January 6 (folks wandering around the capital building they pay taxes toward) pales in comparison to the summer of love and the mostly peaceful protests lighting downtown core on fire
  7. Yup.. -Russian collusion -Jussie Smollet -All the nonsense leading to blm riots -Covington kids -Stormy Daniel's -Planes falling into black holes -Weapons of mass destruction -noose hoax (multiple) -Pseudovax stops transmission -Face diapers stops transmission -Need to close small businesses while allowing Walmart to remain open ...
  8. Well in that instance it would depend if there is malicious intent. If you honestly believed someone was embezzling money and turns out they were not doesn't mean that you acted with malicious intent. You have a right to be wrong
  9. 1. I've already stated I'm not "sticking up" for Jones. I'm sticking up for basic principles of democracy namely a fair process. 2. You clearly have no clue what you are talking about when you state you don't need to prove malice in a defamation claim. This isn't even first level law school stuff... I learned this stuff in a 300 level business law undergrad class. "The Sullivan court stated that "actual malice" means that the defendant said the defamatory statement "with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of whether it was false or not." https://www.law.cornell.edu/wex/defamation These guys actually are lawyers, one in the US and one in Canada and they outline the flaws in the case
  10. So Jones is responsible for people making threats? Why not go after the people making threats? As for your comments about not being a left v right thing... of course it is. I dont see anywhere near the outrage about leftist lies which led to mass violence in 2020..
  11. The left wants to destroy due process and fair trials. They are communist and that's what they Do
  12. It's about giving the man a fair trial even if you hate him... not using it to score political points. That's pathetic
  13. Its obviously not your wheelhouse either.. There must be malice involved in the statement. Simply being wrong about something doesn't mean it's defamation... And yes an apology would strike against malice intent. And no I'm not an Alex Jones fan. In my opinion the guy needs to be checked for mental health issues. What i am for is not having lunatics acting as judges on the bench trying to score some political points. What I find with your ilk is you allow raw hatred of conservatives to cloud your judgement... because he disagrees with you politically it makes him a bad person therefore should be trampled harshly by the legal system.. people like you are a disgrace to the process. We seen it with your so called virtuous opinions on innocent people being held in jail without a trial... too much cnn.
  14. It wasn't long after the fact. And that's a ridiculous statement. Of course apologies are... it's right in that state's law that she ignored
  15. It was disgraceful to see that type of behavior from a judge.
  16. Well she's an activist judge no doubt. She refused to allow on air apologies and backtracking statements as evidence. Which is evidence of mitigation... any first year law student would tell you that. The US has a problem with farce show trials. Smear in the media to rile people up.
  17. Sorry... if you can call her a lady.. woof
  18. He'll win on an appeal. The judge is this case was a far left nut
  19. Sounds like the lady from MSNBC
  20. Lol... so your going with the clip from Madcow is doctored?
  21. Then what's the point of the mandates then? https://www.foxnews.com/media/social-media-users-demand-apology-msnbc-rachel-maddow-vaccines.amp Here you go.. alot of statements from media pin heads based on statements from the CDC.. Folks were lied to and why so many people, specifically leftists, believed the governments should impose penalties for the unvaccinated such as taking away their ability to feed themselves. You must be pretty fucked upstairs to go along with that.
  22. Yes it has. They said the vaxx would stop transmission which was why they forced folks out of work for being unvaxxed. Turns out that's not the case. The mutating virus BS was known long before these draconian mandates were implemented and why folks opposed the mandates. The mandates had nothing to do with science and everything to do with Trudeaus little man syndrome
  23. How many unvaxxed didn't die with covid? We don't actually know how many vaxxed died as the government stopped telling us once their narrative collapsed. What's your point?
  24. Ya and seems like there's a couple pedophiles in the public system per year getting charged with having sex with minors
  25. I don't like the religion of woke forcing themselves on me. CRT training programs about how bad Whites are, having to bend the knee to celebrate two men's copulation, children being taught they can have gender reassignment surgery..very bizarre stuff
