  1. Does legislation need to be changed first?
  2. Don’t you think geography has a bigger impact on making a glorious power than even like-mindedness does? NAFTA EU APEC CARICOM GCC All these free trade pacts are linked by geography of some sort. Dismissing geography as a driver, do you think Great Britain would allow free travel to American citizens like they did with the EU? Wouldn’t there need to be an amalgamation of several laws before this could happen?
  3. Would you agree that being vaccinated is even cheaper and more effective than MCA treatment at keeping people alive?
  4. I get it. It’s frustrating to people that the popular vote isn’t reflected in parliament, isn’t it?
  5. How effective are vaccines at fighting the flu? How effective are they against COVID? How effective is HCQ as a treatment? Experts who study it say it’s not effective. Do you have differing data? https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/hydroxychloroquine-doesnt-benefit-hospitalized-covid-19-patients
  6. Aren’t rights what we as a country granted individuals within a legal framework? You and I have all the same rights. And morals are principles that guide each individual? You and I may differ a lot about what we would consider moral or immoral. Morals may, or may not, be tied to what is legal, but rights are always about what is legal. Do you agree with that?
  7. Morality is the same as principles? Example please? Edited: as in moral principles. A guideline to do what’s right maybe?
  8. What is morality about then, if not how you feel about a topic?
  9. I would be OK with limiting it in only the problem areas. Yes, I understand the legality. However, in a crowd of thousands, do you think it’s realistic that a few cops go in and arrest the hundred that are the issue?
  10. Isn’t morality more about feelings? Do you equate rights with morality?
  11. Did you not read the story of the guy who had to walk 5 blocks through unmasked and unvaccinated mob or protestors to get to his chemo appointment?
  12. How is it infringing on the right to protest if they had to do it 1 block away to let cancer patients through unmolested?
  13. We both agree that free speech should be limited…. You are for libel, slander and speech that incites violence as being illegal. We just disagree on where the line of allowable speech should be. I tend to side with cancer patients. You tend to side with anti-vaccination mobs. I guess we will just have to wait to see where the Canadian public/politicians/courts fall on this. My guess is that they will be siding with cancer patients…
  14. You don’t think a cancer patient getting chemo needing to walk 5 blocks through the unvaccinated and unmasked protestors is a good enough reason to move them a block or two out of the way?
  15. What does being “elected” mean to you, if not more seats in parliament? The Libs won more seats, but weren’t elected? So who was elected???
  16. A more realistic analogy is mandatory vaccines to go to a different country. You’re forced to get these…. Except you don’t have to. Sooo…. Is it really so bad? Are you using the word for hyperbole or to try and make your case?
  17. Or, if you disagree, you still have a choice not to get the shot, correct?
  18. You think it’s semantics to distinguish between holding someone down and forcibly giving them a jab, versus not allowing them in a few public venues?
  19. Hmmm…. An answer to a question I didn’t ask. Do you have those links to anything scientific that would prove that resurrection is possible?
  20. Just so I am getting this straight…. They’re not forcing people, as in forcibly injecting. But they are forcing people by making it more difficult for the unvaccinated to be indoors in groups. It seems more coercive than forceful. Is that fair?
  21. I’d be interested to hear @Army Guy ‘s response to your contention that there are no substantive differences between Lib and Con.
  22. Thousands of medical workers are protesting hospitals that they work at? I’ll need to see some evidence that there are thousands in the protest that are on their lunch break, as you claim.
  23. You’re saying NY State hospital workers are protesting at hospitals in Canada? Or did you just pull a bait and switch?
  24. So they’re forced to get the vaccine in the same way people are forced to get a licence, insurance and keep their car maintained if they want to drive on public roads. Doesn’t sound so bad…. Sounds cheaper and easier than getting a licence!
  25. You think a large number of the protestors were on their lunch from the hospital?
