Then that is racist. And if the girl is a minority at the school ---as the White boys are a majority or a dominant force at the school thx to being White--- then their act is also Racism. Her eye color and her petiteness are physical traits you often see in White girls. For examples, NJ GOVT seeking to ban people/prevent people fleeing to NJ from NY. And Governors of states a little further away, have been ordering the roads monitored for NY license plates ---to check if they are people who just arrived from NY and therefore need to be quarantined.
