When a group breaks laws, then the group should be outlawed. Banning political parties is not a violation of the first amendment, when the political parties broke the laws.

In the USA, humans can't just claim some citizen has indulged in criminality. There has to be proof. It's been 3+ years, so far, yet no one has submitted evidence/provided proof of President Trump committing any criminality. So now, it has come full circle ---it's all about if such people deserve to be charged with slander and defamation. I find it peculiar too, that back when Obama silenced Eric Holder to prevent Holder from testifying about Fast & Furious, ---oh yes, well that was perfectly fine for Obama to do, in guarding himself against a looming impeachment. The anti-Trump Movement is really showing the globe how devilish the USA's Dem party is.

Evidence shows, and Roger said, he washed his hands to the Trump campaign in 2015 yes therefore he was convicted on assumptions and innuendo. Period. Roger is now in prison, in part, because Mueller claims Stone was in bed with WikiLeaks perps who stole docx from USA GOVT and from USA citizens like Hillary and John Podesta. IMHO the USA Dem voters won't dare replace Biden. Cuomo is not of deep-statehood anyway, so he's ineligible. Cuomo is not conniving nor lowdown, so the Dems' voters would reject him. The USA Dems need a guy like Biden, who tells Black people that he's their friend ---at the same time he writes a Crime Bill which left a legacy that wiped out an entire generation of inner-city Black males from 1996-'14. Like with Ukraine .... Biden & Son get allowed to be corrupt in Ukraine from 2014-'16. Then when Trump mentions that corruption, he gets impeached for mentioning it. Cuomo could never be that treasonous toward American democracy.
