You have to prove he withheld the funds in exchange for only going after Biden, with no other motive, or it means nothing. Sondland does not have that, Giuliani might, but probably not either. The bar is so high, the chances of Democrats clearing it is essentially zero, don't get your hopes up.

You are hoping that Trump directed Sondland to do what you think he did, but there is no proof of that.

Sondland has nothing, or the media would have leaked the smoking gun already. Your only hope is that Giuliani tells you what you want to hear, good luck with that.

They can't read Trump's mind, that is an opinion. None of them experienced any first hand evidence that proves Trump is doing what they speculate he was doing, and they say as much in their testimony, but you ignore that part because you want to pretend they have evidence that they don't actually have.

They have not given any proof that Trump was doing what they think he was doing, and all the witness admit they are just speculating and have no evidence.

Again, you have no have no proof of what he attempted to do. Accusing someone of attempted murder does not result in conviction.

No better to trust individuals, pre-crime is not a justification for depriving individuals of the right to self defense. Government is an infinitely worse position to objectivity determine whether someone wants a gun. "Need" is irrelevant, you don't "need" to have a gun to own a gun, nor should you. The right to self defense is more important than you wishing certain people not to have guns because you feel they don't "need" it, or it would make you feel safer regardless of whether you are actually any safer.

You have no proof of any crime. You have hearsay and speculation based on your opinion, none of which would result in a conviction for any crime you compared it to in an analogy.

Prove it was attempted bribery, or btfo. Speculation does not result in people getting convicted of attempted murder or attempted robbery, or any other shitty legal analogy you want to use.

Not unless Sondland can prove there was no other reason to withhold the aid, and good luck with that. There are plenty of reasons to temporarily withhold the aid from Ukraine, especially considering Trump released the aid without getting the investigation that you think was the only reason he withheld the aid in the first place. Ukraine got the aid without investigating Biden which shows that clearly there were other reasons for withholding or he wouldn't have released the aid, and Ukraine didn't investigate Biden which shows Ukraine never gave Trump an investigation in exchange for the aid. There was no quid and there was no quo.

Why do only some people have a right to self defense? Shouldn't people who aren't very good at defending themselves have access to tools that level the playing field a little, instead of being forced to be at disadvantage? Why do you trust the government to choose who should and shouldn't own firearms?
