You need to be cautious with your words. You are getting into territory which can come back to bite you hard. I am not a judge and only God is the final or ultimate judge. We are commanded in Scripture to bless Israel and the Jews. As for the interpretation of John 8:44 you need to be cautious because it could be a sensitive subject that could could bite you if you are trying to play games with it or use it to try to justify anti-Semitism.

No, He was speaking to Pharisees, in a specific circumstance and time in his ministry on earth, who did not believe Jesus Christ is God. These Pharisees claimed Abraham as their father. They rejected Jesus and wanted to kill him. But Jesus identified their father as the devil. Physically they were Abraham's children or descendants, but not spiritually. Spiritually they were the devil's children. That does not justify hatred of Israelis or Jews today. That is simply an event that occurred 2,000 years ago in a specific circumstance. quote One of the first promises in the Bible is given to Abram, whom God appointed to be a blessing to the whole earth. Not only did God tell this patriarch that he would receive a good land and have many children, but He also promised Abram, “I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse” (Gen. 12:1–3). That’s an incredible promise, isn’t it? God will favor those who favor Abram and set Himself against those who oppose Abram. Like me, you probably want God’s blessing and favor on your life. This verse gives us the secret to obtaining that blessing. We just need to bless Abram. Abram, later renamed Abraham, died some four thousand years ago. So, one might think that it is no longer possible to bless him. That is not the case. The promise to Abraham was passed down through his son Isaac to his grandson Jacob (Gen. 27:1–29). Jacob, of course, was renamed Israel, his sons being the founding fathers of the tribes of Israel. So, the promise of Abraham passed on to Israel as well (Num. 24:1–9). unquote Does God Bless Those Who Bless Israel? (ligonier.org)

You are not telling the truth. John 8:44 in the King James Bible otherwise called the Authorized Version doesn't say that at all. It says "44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. " John 8:44 King James Bible If you read that chapter, you will see Jesus was speaking to the Pharisees who rejected Jesus' teachings.

One of the problems is people who can't speak much English are being hired into all kinds of jobs. It is crazy to put people who can hardly speak a few words of English in jobs where they have to deal with the public. They should be required to take a course and learn to speak English without such a bad accent. They can hardly pronounce any English words in an understandable way. Several times when I tried to phone the Walmart support number I got somebody who can't speak English. I couldn't believe what happened trying to get them to understand the problem. I think what we have to do is learn to speak east Indian and other foreign languages now.

"Canada should follow the lead of countries like the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand and Portugal , which have fully or partially privatized their postal services. Canada Post lost $548 million in 2022 and $748 million last year and forecasts “larger, unsustainable losses in future years,” according to its annual report . Among the almost countless other examples of government waste: the National Capital Commission spent $8 million building a barn at Rideau Hall; Parks Canada is spending $12 million hunting deer on one B.C. island. Three “affordability” cabinet retreats in the space of about a year cost more than $1 million . Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his entourage racked up a $220,000 in-flight catering tab during a week-long tour of the Indo-Pacific last September — after the government had promised to cut down on these costs. Federal departments and Crown corporations are spending millions branding trinkets and other merchandise." Opinion: Canadians are tired of Ottawa’s over-taxing and high spending (msn.com)

Now this is a surprise coming from an NDP Premier. The NDP are normally leftists and pacifists. But he is absolutely correct. If we want to be taken seriously in the world and accepted as a trustworthy partner by our allies, particularly the U.S., we need to step up and keep to our NATO commitment of at least 2% of GDP spending for the Canadian Forces. The Manitoba Premier should be commended for his stand on NATO. Manitoba premier urges Trudeau to move up NATO spending timeline to save Canada-U.S. relationship (msn.com)

I don't know what you are talking about. The proposal to give natives a veto is a present plan by the present BC NDP government under Premier David Eby. It doesn't matter what Christie Clark said or did. That was long ago. What matters is what the current NDP government is planning to do, particularly if they win the election in October this year. " According to the scant materials, the government will amend the B.C. Land Act to incorporate agreements with Indigenous governing bodies. These agreements will empower B.C.’s hundreds of First Nations to make joint decisions with the minister responsible for the Land Act, the main law under which the provincial government grants leases, licences, permits and rights-of-way over Crown land. That means that First Nations will have a veto over how most of B.C. is used. Joint management can be expected to apply to mining, hydro projects, farming, forestry, docks and communication towers, just to start. Activities at the heart of B.C.’s economy will be at risk." B.C. plans to 'reconcile' by giving First Nations veto on land use | Fraser Institute Seems like you struggle with the reality of what is happening now and are obsessed with trying to contradict every posting I make.

" Over the last eight years the Trudeau government has expanded the size of the federal public service to ensure it plays a more active role in the Canadian economy. However, there’s little evidence that this bigger government has made Canadians better off. According to the Public Service Commission of Canada, the size of the federal public service reached 274,219 employees in 2022/23—an increase of 40.4 per cent since 2014/15. And according to data from the Parliamentary Budget Officer, total compensation for federal bureaucrats (adjusted for inflation) increased by nearly 37 per cent between 2015/16 and 2021/22. This is occurring even as government workers in Canada already enjoy a substantial wage and benefit premium compared to comparable workers in the private sector. According to a recent study published by the Fraser Institute, in 2021 (the latest year of comparable data) government workers at all levels (federal, provincial and local) received wages that were 8.5 per cent higher, on average, than Canadians employed in the private sector. (The study controls for factors such as gender, age, education, tenure and industry to provide an “apples to apples” comparison among workers.) But higher compensation and an increasing size of the federal public service have not provided better access to government programs and services or translated into tangible economic results for Canadians." For some reason, copy and paste of the article does not work. Google "Federal government increased number of public service employees by more than 40%" for the full article at -fraserinstitute. org

Men wrote the Bible under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God. quote HOW DO WE KNOW THE BIBLE IS THE WORD OF GOD? Why the Bible Is So Special – Question 14 In both testaments, the Bible claims to be God’s communication to humanity; the only divine revelation from the one true God. But is this claim true? How do we know the Bible is what it claims to be—the Word of God? There Are Two Basic Approaches to This Question There are two different approaches that are taken when it comes to arguing for the Bible being the Word of God. First, there are those who believe that the Scripture is self-authenticating. The Bible is true because it says it is true, and the Holy Spirit bears witness to this truth. No other argument is necessary. A second approach believes that the claims of Scripture have sufficient evidence to back them up. Those who hold this view believe there is overwhelming evidence to convince anyone that the Bible is what it claims to be—the Word of God. People, therefore, need to check out the evidence; not merely blindly believe the claims of Scripture. We can summarize the two approaches as follows: Approach 1: the Bible Is Self-Authenticating To many people, the issue of the Bible’s authority is something that should not be debated. The authority of the Bible must be believed because the Scripture says so. This is usually argued in the following ways: 1. THE BIBLE CLAIMS TO BE GOD’S WORD: NO OTHER TESTIMONY IS NECESSARY The Bible should be allowed to speak for itself. It clearly claims to be God’s Word. It doesn’t need defending. If we attempt to defend the Bible, then we are placing some other standard as the ultimate judge. Whether it is scientific or historical accuracy, human reasoning or some other standard, what we are doing is placing Scripture under that standard. What Scripture says should be our ultimate standard and everything should be judged by its claims; it should be judged by no one. There is something else. The problem with providing evidence for the Bible is that human beings are both sinful and finite. They must still evaluate any evidence offered for the truthfulness of the Christian faith. Again, it places some sort of human standard as the final authority. Evidence gathered from other sources may be useful, but it has nothing convincing to say about the truth of Christianity. 2. THE BIBLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO TESTIFY ON ITS OWN BEHALF In a court of law, people have a right to testify on their own behalf. Since the Bible is the Word of God, the Author, God, should be allowed to testify to what sort of Book the Bible is. This is particularly true because the Bible says that God cannot lie. His testimony should be received as final. 3. THE WITNESS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT DEMONSTRATES THE TRUTHFULNESS OF SCRIPTURE However, the Bible does more than merely claim to be God’s Word. The witness of the Spirit shows the reader that the Bible is the Word of God. When the truths of the Bible are personally applied, the credibility of the Bible is demonstrated. Paul wrote: "2 Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: 3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart." 2 Corinthians 3:2 Paul said that people would see the truths of the Word of God at work in the lives of God’s people. This was its testimony. When the truths are lived out in one’s life, we find that they work. As people read the Bible, they find the Holy Spirit giving confirmation that what they are reading is God’s Word. Therefore, we not only have the claim of Scripture, we also have the witness of the Holy Spirit that the things written in Scripture are true. unquote How Do We Know the Bible Is the Word of God? by Don Stewart (blueletterbible.org) How We Got the Bible | Desiring God Where did the Bible come from? It should be noted that the federal government's creation of an annual national holiday called The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is a paid holiday for federal government employees. This means Canadian taxpayers must pay millions of dollars to give hundreds of thousands of federal government employees a paid holiday every year. I just wondered how paying millions of dollars for hundreds of thousands of federal government employees to have a holiday honours survivors, their families, and communities. "The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation has been designated as a paid holiday for employees in the federal public service starting September 20211. The designation of this day is in response to one of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action and is meant to honour survivors, their families, and communities

Here is another opportunity for the Liberal government to commit to paying compensation for supposed past historical mistakes. Just add it to the billions of dollars we are already in debt. Whenever the government apologizes, it means the government owes them. That's how things work. In the end, it means money must be paid. This will never end. One must ask why today's taxpayers should be forced to pay for things that happened way back in history. Just to add to all this renaming and giving natives vetoes over land use, we are paying billions to supply housing and infrastructure in native villages. Why should they get a trade or education and support themselves? White man must provide everything and then some. The BC NDP government had to be the first province to sign UNDRIP. "UNDRIP is the acronym for the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People123. It is a global agreement that protects the rights of Indigenous people to their language, culture, self-determination and traditional lands." The government signing this technically hands B.C. back to FNs and the other 95% of the population (non-natives) are out of luck. We have no rights according to the NDP. In addition it could be committing B.C. to pay FNs billions in endless compensation for settling in B.C. Incidentally there is a FN campground on the west coast that is run in an extreme capitalistic manner. They can't tell you the price per night for the next week for a campsite because the price changes depending on the demand. The last I heard they were charging $242 dollars for a two night minimum. This is just a bare campsite perhaps with a picnic table. It would be interesting to know if the BC NDP gave them this land to do this or how they acquired it.

"Indigenous re-naming plan for B.C.’s Sunshine Coast draws criticism from residents" "Tensions are rising on B.C.’s Sunshine Coast over a plan to rename a number of communities with Indigenous names. The changes would be implemented in communities in the traditional territory of the Sechelt (shíshálh) Nation, which stretches from Roberts Creek to Lang Bay. Those changes were agreed to in the 2019 Foundation Agreement between the nation and the provincial government which pledged to “identify and recommend geographical features and locations” along with road signs with shíshálh Nation place names within five years. But residents of those communities say they’ve never been consulted about the change. One of the communities facing a potential change is Madeira Park, which would be renamed salalus. “It’s a very big deal,” said Peter Robson, president of the Pender Harbour and Area Residents Association." The information I have been able to find says the Canadian consulate general to the U.S. provides normal consulate services to Canadians who are out of Canada. The general definition on Wikipedia does say they can be involved in promoting trade, but this is not mentioned on the site describing the consulate in N.Y. So it seems impossible to say that it does promote trade as part of its function. It probably depends on what duties the Canadian government assigns them. Afraid that is not the function of a Consulate or consul general. Canadian Embassy and Consulates in the U.S. (thoughtco.com) You may be thinking of Ambassadors to other countries. That is what ambassadors do. Ambassadors are high-ranking diplomatic representatives123. Their primary duties are to: Maintain diplomatic relations with the receiving state123. Promote foreign policy strategies through international organizations1. Establish and maintain diplomatic relations between the two countries2. Facilitate trade and commerce2. Promote cultural and educational exchange programs2. What does an ambassador do? - CareerExplorer The work that ambassadors do require a lot of knowledge on the subjects listed above. This is a very demanding job that requires special qualifications. Someone who was a news broadcaster all his life is not trained or qualified to do an ambassador's job.

The Consulate does not do any of that. Sounds like you are inventing something that the Consulate does not do and is not involved in. Maybe you should have looked it up and found out what a consulate is for. It has nothing to do with trade or trade agreements. The length of the border has nothing to do with a consulate either. Also, the military has nothing to do with the Consulates. "Canada's consul general in New York provides diplomatic services to Canadians abroad, including passport, visa and immigration services. The consul general's office can also notarize documents, provide immigration services for foreign study and help Canadians vote from abroad." I'm not sure how anyone could believe this is a worthwhile use of taxpayer's money since this government has a history of wasting our hard-earned tax dollars. How many consul generals or ambassadors do we need for one country? Do we have them in other cities too? Or is this just a reward for a job well done for the government's side on CTV or Global News? "FIRST READING: The largest government misallocation in Canadian history A recent Auditor’s General’s report found that a “minimum” of $27.4 billion in COVID benefits may have been paid out to people who were either ineligible or actively scamming the system. Add this to $4.6 billion in confirmed government overpayments, and that’s more than $32 billion in misappropriated COVID money. It may not seem like much given the awesome scale of government spending in recent years; $32 billion is only one tenth of the $325 billion deficit that Canada racked up in 2020. But if the Auditor General’s suspicions are correct, this constitutes the largest misappropriation of government funds in the history of Confederation. And frankly, none of Canada’s other boondoggles, accounting flubs or spending scandals since 1867 even come close. unquote The largest government misallocation of money in Canada's history | National Post

Of course. The Holy Scripture says God created everything in six days. It doesn't give the exact dates or time period when it happened, but theologians estimate it was approximately six thousand years ago. To find out how this happened, read Genesis ch. 1. The Bible was written by men who were inspired by God. "16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works." 2 Timothy 3:16, 17 KJV I accept what God says as fact. Opposing God is a losing proposition. You say evolution is scientifically proven, but you gave no proof at all. It is pure human speculation based on assumptions. The fact is it is a complex subject and if you want to know something about it you need to spend some time studying the arguments. Here is a creation scientist view from part of his book. If you just want to go around spouting evolution is a fact without knowing what you are talking about, that is your choice. There is a lot of information which refutes the claim. This article is just one small aspect of the subject. Refuting Evolution chapter 2: Variation and natural selection versus evolution (creation.com) -
