I recall...exactly...the weapon pulled on me during the hold-up. Aimed right at my face...hard not to. It was a silver .45 Colt 1911 with a black grip. Stolen from a collector, obviously. Nice gun. No...you can't tell if it is loaded like with a revolver. But the hammer was back...

A military parade does not showcase one man's ego, but is a display of power to those enemies who only understand the most primitive form of communication, in order to act as a deterrent. Better a parade than a war.
