Sorry, but signing big document in a photo-op is not delivering a single thing. He promised jobs, he promised to make America Great, he delivered squat. -
Yes, a few bad people have slipped into Canada, often on forged or improperly obtained passports. You realize that many, many more people have slipped into the US that way.

Travelling to the US with a DUI record
?Impact replied to pamy221's topic in Travel, Leisure and Sports
If there is a single DUI conviction then you will probably not have a problem, but if it is multiple DUI or a DUI combined with other misdemeanor offenses then it will require a waiver. -
My mom used to wear headscarves in up to the 70's or so. She also had several hats, although I don't remember her wearing them too often. As she got older she would wear more contemporary caps or sun hats in the summer and either a heavy scarf in the winter or wool hat although she tended to stay indoors much more in colder months.

There is one herb that one political party tries very hard to stop people from taking. -
Also an Algerian national that Canada had an outstanding arrest warrant for.

Interesting how you connect the interlopers to the protestors as if they were the same group. You might be happier in communist China with its work camps. -
I only caught a few minutes of the speeches last night, and the stupid CBC didn't put the names of the nameless on screen while they were talking but it was the nameless that seemed the most reasonable of the bunch.

Interlopers hiding among protestors does not make the protestors guilty of the interlopers acts. If you want that logic, then you are personally responsible for every terrorist act that ever happened in Canada. -
The US did admit entry to 19 terrorists, and trained them to fly planes which they subsequently did.

Should and will are two different questions. Impeachment is not an act of justice, it is an act of politics and with the Republicans in clear majority it is highly unlikely Trump will be impeached.

Canada had an arrest warrant out for Ressam, and he left the country. He returned under the Canadian passport obtained under falsified documents, no different that the US INS. Why did the US INS fail so badly?

Correct, the police gave an order that violated the many protestors right to peaceful protest. That is what we should be lamenting here. -
Except as I explained many times before that is not what happened. Canada permitted entry of someone under a Canadian passport obtained by falsified documents, which is exactly what the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service did.

You are correct the interlopers impacted the rights of the protesters before the speaker. Many rights were denied by the actions of the interlopers, the right to free speech was significantly smaller than the right of the many protesters. -
No, Ressam entered Canada with a false Canadian passport under the name Benni Antoine Noris. It was shortly after that when baptismal certificates were no longer allowed as proof of birth, another loophole created by the Christian church was closed.

I noticed in the old software that the top posters for the day was actually calculated over 24 hours and not a calendar day, perhaps it is the same thing with the reputation points (ie. if you gave them yesterday afternoon then they will be cleared this afternoon and not this morning at midnight).
-
Ressam was cleared by United States Immigration and Naturalization Service. It seems like the US screening process is what is failing.

How many times does it take? The protesters we not unruly, there was a small element of interlopers that hid among the protestors. Blame the right people, and stop justifying your claims against innocent people by citing others. -

The cancellation of the event had absolutely nothing to do with the protestors. It was due to the safety concerns a group of interlopers caused. -

You are confusing the right of free speech to some supposed right to hold an event; they are completely different issues. If you want to hold an event at a venue then it is the venue organizers who decide, not you. Yes, it is bad when the venue organizers want to hold the event (like the recent UC Berkley example) but decide not to because of violent interlopers. That however has absolutely nothing to do with the protestors.
