  1. I believe handling of the ammunition is also a factor to consider. If it gets wet, or contaminated with substances like oil it could over time degrade. How many people clean and oil their handguns, and then handle the ammunition? That oil from your fingers gets on the casing and over time will penetrate it and cause deterioration of the primer or powder.
  2. No shortage of labels out there, meaningless as they are.
  3. I see that telephone tree is working it's magic, lots of the above comments about the 'facts' of the case are grossly in error.
  4. Then point out the specific cases of one-sided reporting and we can all agree it is wrong.
  5. Nor were the inconsistencies in Stanley's testimony either. You are trying to retry a case with only part of the story. It is correct to report on the outcome, and not list details, especially when they are one sided like you are presenting.
  6. Ok, when I first saw this my though was how ridiculous. It is however true out of the box thinking on improving traffic flow and safety. I wonder if any Canadian traffic engineers are paying attention, this could be a real game changer.
  7. Yes, there is way too much of that. That is why I never expressed an opinion on the trial, I stated clearly what facts I had known and the results of the trial.
  8. Some was carried by six, the question is could that have been avoided.
  9. I know that all Norwegians can cross country ski, but I have never been to Finland; can you all downhill ski?
  10. I am wondering what will happen there, I have heard stories that some provinces will not allow home grown and other will limit the number of plants. If I grow my own, can I sell it or give it away? Can a farmer open a weed stall at the local market? I don't think there are black and white answers.
  11. No, the jury saw reasonable doubt that he was culpable of homicide - period.
  12. You can read between the lines all you want, but remember that is not how the judicial process operates.
  13. Not as bizarre as you making up that story. Yes, two 1000 point plus crash days on the Dow in a single week. Each one is by themselves the largest point drop in history, let alone two in a single week.
  14. The DOJ & FBI pointed them out to the House intelligence committee and the President, they did not make them public.
  15. Both the Justice department and the FBI expressed concern about the release of the Nunes memo for that exact reason. The President however made the decision to declassify the memo, and that is a power the President does have, but did he do it for purely political purposes? If you start calling me Dave I will get paranoid.
  16. What I know about this case is that Stanley was found not culpable in the death of Boushie, so therefore he should not be locked up for life. We have a judicial system to dig into the details, and yes we must work to ensure the integrity of that judicial system, but we also must respect its results.
  17. Thanks to a decent society, we are no longer the wild west where your sidearm is the law. We live by rules, not who has the bigger gun and the best shot.
  18. Answer me this Hal 9000, why were readactions not made to the Nunes memo?
  19. Yes, in the 1950's we had unAmericanism as the boogey man that we could slap on somone and then all chant how unpatriotic they were and justify taking away their rights, property, and everything else to hide our pure political motives. Today we use the label terrorism to accomplish the exact same political goals. Intentionally flying a plane into a building is terrorism. Expressing your thoughts is not terrorism. We need to stop those who pushing that label on those closer to the second end of the spectrum; they are the true terrorists.
  20. The point is you don't know the facts, you only know the propaganda from Trump/Nunes.
  21. I love how those who actually are making statements about the case blame others who didn't. I listened to his short statement (clearly not a statement but a response to a reporters questions - he wasn't even wearing a suit he was obviously approached), and he clearly stated that he was not going to comment on the specific case. Please take your own advice.
  22. It is not a race when Trump is about a bizillion miles ahead, and running a zillion times faster.
  23. There is no chicken/egg scenario here, it is 100% clear that the Republicans released the Nunes memo to start this. It is not about the democrats and MSM, it is about the Republicans trying to discredit the FBI and DOJ because they know that Trump is guilty. That is for damn sure, but it is Trump/Nunes that are doing the manipulations.
  24. I guess you don't comprehend what direct means. Linking up a billion different possible scenarios and saying what happened was direct displays a complete ignorance of reality. The jury, based on the evidence presented and instruction given, found that Stanley was not culpable in the death of Boushie. Everything else is politics - from everyone on all sides.
  25. "The court"? This was a jury trial. Can you explain what you mean by the court? Was there something in Justice Martel Popescul's instructions to the jury you object to?
