    Actually, he's using it all to help pay down the deficit much to the chagrin of the NDP.

    Didn't really vote until last year. Went with NDP for the federal election and Liberal for the Ontario election. Pretty irked that the CPC got a majority and satisfied with the minority Liberal outcome.
