For your edification: an example of an opinion is saying something like “I think eyeball is an idiot”. You don’t necessarily have to be correct for your opinion to be true, your opinion is your opinion. Saying “eyeball is an idiot” is a declarative statement which is either true or it’s not. “Trump actions kill 63 Canadians” is not an opinion at all, it’s a declarative statement. It’s not supported at all by the OP. It doesn’t stand up to even loose scrutiny. The thread title is a farce and it’s dragging tye site down.

Instead of Trump starting an "our peons vs your peons" war of attrition, and piling up body bags, Trump killed the sonofabitch who was responsible. He cut the head off the snake in Iran, just like he did with islamic state. To all the people who think that peon vs peon warfare is awesome and killing Suleimani was "a terrorist attack" - grab a brain. I shouldn't have to explain to you what just happened. I agree that our conservatives are Liberal compared to Trump for example, I just don't think that Canadians were ready to go so far to the right as Bernier yet. Trudeau has the media locked down and we don't have Fox News up here telling the truth.

1) The war was started by Iraq rolling through Kurdistan gassing people, among other things. Bush just happened to be the President. Whether Iraq still had WMDs when Iraq v2.0 started is anyone's guess. Just because they didn't find any doesn't mean there weren't any hidden, and it doesn't mean the Iraqis didn't destroy them when they had to. 2) Everyone has their own version of morality and everyone thinks they're right. Some people's version is "everyone will be happy when they all believe in my god and do as my bible says", some people's version of morality is everyone having the freedom to believe what they want as long as they're not hurting anyone else. Just having a decent moral code isn't enough though. Even the nicest people on earth have to defend themselves sometimes, or they have to help other people defend themselves.
