  1. The main reason that the BLMers want to get rid of body-cam footage is because the police are too busy doing their job to videotape what's happening. Little Antifa/BLM dirtbags have nothing better to do than videotape police interactions with dangerous criminals and then edit them to make the police look bad. This is a perfect example. A lot of people would wonder why the police disregarded Floyd's cries of "I can't breathe". Well now we know. Because he cried the whole time, and he said "I can't breathe" when he was clearly lying.
  2. @ canucklehead: https://www.washingtonpost.com/video/washington-post-live/keith-ellison-on-releasing-body-camera-footage-in-upcoming-trial/2020/06/04/607546a6-7a3e-454a-b010-7557f54e57bd_video.html 1) Ellison is stating in plain English that this is his decision, and not that of the prosecutors or any judge. 2) He's putting his desire for 'a successful prosecution' ahead of everything else, including truth, transparency, and the safety of his community. Clearly the new body-cam video, if seen in it's entirety, puts a serious damper on the 'evil cops/hero Floyd' narrative which set America on fire. If this came out before or during the riots it would have cooled things down considerably. For starters, no one would be carrying an "I can't breathe" sign, or they'd just look idiotic.
  3. What judge? The AG can release the footage before he even appoints a judge.
  4. It's like Advil - anti-inflammatory. CBC and CTV both push all the incendiary nature of these stories and this video doesn't serve any purpose for them. CNN, a "News Network", only shows a small portion of the new footage because apparently their recounting of the incident, for thousands of hours now, is more important than showing people an 8-minute video of what actually happened. https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/03/us/george-floyd-police-body-camera-video-leak/index.html Check out screenshot of the blurb of info they placed in the middle of their video. They thought that bit of [mis]information was more important than showing actual footage: Granted, CNN is admitting that those are just the words of a Floyd Family attorney, but the words are clearly a lie and CNN doesn't bother to point that out. Instead they edit the video to make it look bad. Most noticeably, they omitted the parts where Floyd was using the famous "I can't breathe" line, when there was absolutely no one doing anything remotely close to obstructing his breathing. Anyways, here how CNN was vicariously lying through the Floyd family attorney: 1) they didn't "approach him with their guns out", they approached him with their guns holstered. 2) The guns came out because he kept hiding his right hand down in front of the passenger seat. It looked highly suspicious, the officers plainly asked him several times to show his other hand but he kept it hidden, and Floyd has a criminal history involving pointing guns at people. Cops who don't pull their guns in that exact scenario end up on training videos called 'what can go horribly wrong in an instant'.
  5. Ellison said that it was his decision to keep the videos under wraps because his job as an attorney general was to get a conviction.
  6. So weird when people try to give themselves nicknames.
  7. Don't get too down on yourself, being intelligent in this day and age is like a burden What's the word for people who pray that HCQ doesn't stop covid from killing people, so that we all have to take a vaccine or so that we have to keep bowing to the covid gods? Honestly, as long as we live in a world where we're ok with outright lying from our own side we'll always be odds with each other. It's impossible to have a civil discussion with someone who's spouting CNN crapaganda. Sharknado II comes pretty close. You have to watch Sharknado 1 first though, or it won't make any sense.
  8. The full video is available here. If you want to be propagandized watch this video. The propagandists in this video act like the gun shouldn't have been drawn, and they don't show all the clips of G F pretending that he can't breathe. What do we learn from this video: 1) Clearly the incident got off on the wrong foot with George Floyd refusing to show the arresting officer his hands: George kept his right hand hidden from the officer's view, down by the passenger seat. The officer asked George to show his hands multiple times, then drew his gun for his own safety. 2) The officers determined early on that Floyd was "on something". His bloodwork says that he had covid, plus he had Fentanyl in his system. He also had marijuana and methamphetamine in him. 3) He was carrying on saying "I can't breathe" and acting like he was dying from the time he was arrested, even when there was nothing at all restricting his breathing. It's not surprising that officers didn't believe him when he was on the ground. 4) Floyd was resisting arrest the whole time. Takeaways: 1) It's 100% clear that AG Keith Ellison (in true, divisive Dem fashion) only allowed incendiary footage to be released, and he kept somewhat exculpatory video under lock and key. All this while his city and state were experiencing violent riots, arson and looting. The property damage was in the billions of dollars. I don't say it's completely exculpatory because Floyd died when he should't have, but this video clearly illustrates a situation where the police couldn't get Floyd into the car, they had to restrain him on the ground, and they had every reason not believe him when he said he couldn't breathe. 2) If Floyd had just been reasonable and allowed the officers to do their job he would have eventually arrived home safely. The officers were calm and just trying to do their job. They didn't say or do anything racist. 3) With the new video in, the rioting looks even more ridiculous. An investigation into the incident is still necessary, but AG Ellison might have ruined any chance of getting a guilty verdict when intentionally selected the worst video possible to release while hiding the mitigating circumstances from the public. The entire juror pool in the USA has been prejudiced against the police now.
  9. IMO covid deaths in the US are so high because of the morbid obesity rate there. Morbid obesity comes with it's own set of co-morbidities. Elderly + Obese + 2 or more Co-morbidities + covid = the covid death cocktail. Again, it's almost like the virus was tailor-made or hand-picked to kill Americans.
  10. So you think Hidin' Biden will go do all of the States? Lol. He'll maybe do Delaware and Tupperware.
  11. If Trudeau had blocked travel from China and told Canadians to wear masks back at the end of January how many Canadians would have been killed by covid? If covid wasn't making the rounds here, would our economy be shut down? Trudeau failed on the issue of basic common sense. You call it massive stupidity. I call it murder. The Dems were out in February telling people to ride the subway, telling them to go out in massive crowds in Chinatown, etc. That was after Trump had already closed off travel from China. Instead of protecting the people most vulnerable to covid, sick people were put back into care homes. Are all these things examples of murder, or just complete stupidity? Are you one of the people stupid enough to believe that the riots and looting didn't spread covid, but walking in a public park that's 1/10th as crowded does?
  12. You're doing an odd mix of conflating and separating issues. 1 issue - Early on, Libs in Canada and Dems in the US were doing everything in their power to spread covid. "Don't block travel, don't wear masks, gather in large groups." Fact. Pretending to not know that at this point in time would just be a waste of time. There's tons of video and we've referred to it countless times. No one is dumb enough to believe that the Libs and Dems thought that they were fighting covid. Every mom ever born knows that if people in a certain area have a dangerous, quick-spreading disease that they don't want to take their kids there. They also know that they don't want thousands of those people coming to their neighbourhood. Right? (If they care about the rest of the world, they also think that the affected area should stay locked down. Even the Chinese gov't blocked Wuhan residents from the rest of China, how racist was that?) The moms of the world also know that if they're in an area where that disease is all around, they'd feel safer if everyone was wearing masks. Right? Even you know this sapper. Don't pretend that you didn't know this back when Trudeau/Tam were selling us out. They didn't fight covid because they know the power that the fear of covid would give them, and they feel like if they're screaming the loudest about covid, they can control the entire narrative. So, after doing everything they could to get covid in, the leftists then went into (fake) fight covid mode and started screaming (in USA) THE GOP BROUGHT IN COVID (in Canada) WE'RE WINNING THE FIGHT AGAINST COVID BECAUSE TRUDEAU IS AWESOME!!!!! WHEN YOU'RE THE 40th MOST POPULOUS NATION ON EARTH WITH THE 189th-HIGHEST DENSITY, BEING 11th IN COVID DEATHS IS AWESOME!!!!! I say fake, because they still like spreading covid.... hence the protests (violent, destructive riots). That's why they also went into panic mode when the mere mention of HCQ came out - the propaganda war was fast and furious and again, it was complete garbage, only fit for consumption by drooling leftist morons. That's the covid issue. 2nd issue - The racial division issue is separate-ish. Leftists in the US used covid as a screen to release criminals during the George Floyd protests, knowing that the freed prisoners would add to the riot-carnage. Leftists trotted out the Obamas to spread their message of racial division and hatred of all things civil. CNN toadies tried to act like the FG murder was proof of systemic racism but it wasn't - cops only kneeled on GFloyd for a bit more than half the time that they tormented T Timpa before they finally murdered him. (Then they managed to hide that fact from Timpa's family and the general public for MONTHS. It was police corruption at it's absolute worst. Makes the GFloyd case look like honest policing) The alt-left media also told lies and tried to act like the R Brooks shooting was a murder when it wasn't. Then the leftists pretended that they didn't see the rioting, looting, beatings, the murders and the arson from all the riots. They said in advance of the riots that the rioting wouldn't spread covid, and then they act like it's foolish to pretend that it did. Just think about the fact that in all their fascist control of ridiculous things during covid, the leftards pretend to know that rioting and looting didn't spread covid at all. They also pretend to know that you and I can't have small-to-moderately-sized funerals for our family members but they can have hundreds of people at a Dem funeral where they propagate racial division on the national feed. That's 100% bullshit and propaganda. Now, with racial division going swimmingly, the leftists see just how much damage is being done to the economy with the lockdowns and they want them to continue. Only riots, and divisive funerals are tolerated by the left. Anything else is dangerous. In the end, covid won't kill as many people as heart disease in 2020, most of the covid deaths will simply take from the heart disease and respiratory death categories, megacorps (that supported the covid drama) will be bigger, small businesses will be destroyed, etc. A country without small and medium businesses, where a massive percentage of the population relies on government handouts, and freedom of speech is completely gone, is a socialist/fascist country. BLM and Antifa are the Dems' shiny new KKK. They're the new brownshirts.
  13. How have the Dems adapted? Is there even one of them that acts like a grown-up more than 2% of the time? Do they have an actual platform or do they just lie, bitch and moan about Trump 24/7? Honestly the biggest joke of this whole millennium so far is Michelle Obama's comment: "When they go low, we go high." On their very best days the Dems are lower than crap on a snake's belly.
  14. I don't have time to snoop CNN etc these days (plus I have a strong gag reflex) with the playoffs on, are leftists openly admitting that they are afraid to see Biden out talking to reporters, holding rallies, or debating against Trump?
  15. I guess worldometer changes during the day. Still, numbers between 400 - 1,000 aren't that alarming when there are 2.2M known infections and maybe 2.2M or more infections that are undiagnosed. In a normal day for the US 7,700 people die. 440 people die of respiratory ailments. How do you compare that to days with 467-567 covid deaths? How many of those deaths 'overlap'? IE, how many people who died of covid today would have died today, or within a few days or a week without covid? Every day 1,800 Americans die from heart disease and 1,650 die from cancer. How many people who died of covid would have died from heart disease or cancer within the next week or two? 186 people died per day from Fentanyl in 2018 but 2019 was worse, they just haven't released the numbers yet. US deaths per day from Fentanyl, heart disease, cancer and respiratory ailments - 4,076. "COVID IS SCARY!!!!!" - it's #3 per day, and on about 15 days this year, C19 was #1 (back when NY State was putting infected people back into care homes). Globally 150,000 people die every day (2017). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mortality_rate 700,000 people died of covid since Dec of last year. This is the 216th day of the year. 32,400,000 people would have died by this point this year, with or without covid, plus 4,650,000 from Dec of last year. Roughly 37M. Pretend that non-C19 deaths are exactly 37M from Dec 2019 til now, just like they would have been 247 days into 2017, and the total deaths are are up by a full 700,000 (ie none of the people who died of C19 would have died of anything else).... the total deaths would be up by a whopping 1.9%. FOR SURE it's a lot less than that. FOR SURE a very large portion of the people who died of C19 would have died anyways - C19 primarily kills people 80+ who have 2 or more co-morbidities. Regardless of covid's overall death toll.... the covid regulations, bankruptcies of small business and growth of big business, Antifa, BLM, the defund police movement (supported by Dems), the Dems and the Libs have pushed NA a very long way towards fascism this year. Freedom of speech is dying and we are being forced to believe things that just aren't true at all. Unpopular but truthful commentary is being squashed. People are facing severe repercussions for telling the truth. Those are all facts.
  16. You can interpret that however you want. I won't try to make you be reasonable.
  17. Yeah their laundry list of lies and BS has been posted here many times. Most recently they have been denying that the protests were not peaceful. Beatings, murders, arson and looting are all 'peaceful' according to CNN.
  18. Here’s the deal sapper. Not even a liar would say what you just said because it was entirely stupid and it didn’t even make a point. “Dahhhh, there’s no difference between big numbers and small numbers.” Lol.
  19. Wow. You’re better off lying than just stating your honest opinions. You won’t lose as much respect.
  20. I agree that mass-scale deception is always an unlikely scenario, but how else can you account for an org like the WHO, with a budget in the billions, primarily dedicated to virology and epidemiology, giving the entire world the exact wrong advice? This wasn't highly complicated advice, it's just basic common sense and common knowledge. Don'y you think it's odd that the Dems and their minions think that protests are peaceful? Do you think it's odd that the Dems and CNN lied to their idiot followers for 2.5 years about Russian collusion and those morons still don't know wtf happened? This didn't have to be planned in advance, it could just be a case of opportunity meets scum.
  21. It is very telling. A basic understanding of stats tells us that not all 2.2M got it yesterday. They all got it some point in the last 3 weeks, and there were also a lot of people who slid off of the 'infected' list over the past 3 weeks. Are you telling me that it wouldn't make a difference to you if 209 died out of 2.2M or if 18,000 people died out of 300,000 active cases? LMAO. We're dealing with a virus that doesn't affect children, barely affects young adults, makes middle-aged people somewhat sick, and has about a 3% death rate among the every elderly and very sick. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/ Take as much time as you need to study that, and the whole time, try to remember that there are a lot more people who are infected but don't even know it, and a lot of people who are infected but aren't sick enough to go see a Dr. Wanna shut down your country for that? Should we be yelling at people with out-of-province plates because of that? We can take reasonable precautions without going chicken little. At some point the ratio of bankruptcies per covid death has to be taken into account, especially when you factor in that almost all of the deaths would have naturally occurred within the next 6 months anyways. These aren't 0-25 yr olds we're talking about.
  22. To put that number into perspective, 7,700 people die every day in the US, and 438 people die each day from respiratory diseases. Covid is taking a lot people from the other totals, not a whole new group of people who wouldn't have otherwise died.
  23. You're talking about the RAW case fatality rate, which only takes into account people who were known to have it, and their final outcome once they're virus free or deceased. That stat doesn't take into account any of the people who are or were infected by the virus and didn't get sick enough to go to the doctor. In the case of C19 that's a lot. The official guesstimate is that the actual CFR is about 1.5% but they can really only guess at the actual number of people infected vs the deceased. It could be as low as .1 or .5%.
