There's a complete difference between 'hard news' and 'political commentary' that you completely fail to grasp. Rachel Maddow, Don Lemon, Lawrence O'Donnel, Chris Cuomo and many others are in the exact same boat as Tucker Carlson. They offer opinions, not just report on the new facts of the day. "A bomb went of in a garbage can" is news. Saying that it fits a specific pattern is news. Going into detail about that group and their supporters is commentary. Tucker's commentary is extremely precise compared to Maddow, Lemon, etc, but it's not 'hard news'.

One other thing, pilots have a considerable amount of extremely valuable information. IE, the number of planes at a nearby AFB, what they know about potential targets in the area, secret information about the capabilities and armaments of their and other planes, etc. What happens when the Taliban or the Iranians start torturing a pregnant woman? Does her miscarriage matter? Is she more likely to spill the beans than someone whose kids are still in the left nut? It does that by pressing tightly to their entire body so that there's no room for the blood to flow into the abdomen, legs, etc. Do you know what effect the pressure of a flight suit is going to have on a developing fetus in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester? Do you know what effect the large g-forces are going to have on a developing fetus in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester? Do you know what effect the stress of armed combat is going to have on a developing fetus in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd trimester? What's going to happen when, eventually, a pilot has a miscarriage and blames the army/navy/air force/marines? That sounds bad for the cops, right? Not so fast. CNN is so stupid that they show that next door neighbour at 3:37 again, and she says that "she woke up to gunshots". They are just (correctly) assuming that their viewers are so stupid that they won't catch that lie. Sadly for them, sometimes non-CNN viewers watch their show to prove what liars they are. Main thing to take away from this is that a huge part of the reason that people are so adamant that the Brionna shooting was nothing short of an abomination against one of America's sweethearts is because of CNN's lying and disinformation.
