  1. Marroc must be making sense, since this is the best response you can come up with.
  2. Real evidence says otherwise. The notion that a woman who covers herself is "safer" is belied every day by the higher rates of physical and sexual abuse among both conservative Christian groups and Islamic countries, compared to less conservative Christian groups and secular countries. Islam's unfortunate choice to continue to see women as less then men in society means that abuse of women is hidden or dismissed far too often. The same happens in fundamentalist Christian groups; the desire of men to control and punish women isn't confined to any particular religion, but is enhanced by the belief that God puts women in "the care" of men.
  3. Don't know what news you are listening to, but here's the restrictions for red zones in Quebec ... https://www.quebec.ca/en/health/health-issues/a-z/2019-coronavirus/progressive-regional-alert-and-intervention-system/level-4-maximum-alert-red/ No inter-household visits, unless it's someone who is single, a caregiver or labour. No organized sports, no large gatherings except for church and funerals, with no more than 25 attendees of which a register must be kept. Maybe make sure your info is accurate before jumping to conspiracy.
  4. Have any of them been appealed yet?
  5. So Germany's lying about providing money to Pfizer? Even Pfizer says they didn't get money from the US; are they lying too? "However, Pfizer’s head of vaccine research and development told the New York Times that they “were never part of the Warp Speed” and did not take taxpayer money for vaccine research." Maybe you're the one who needs to check your TDS, instead of just believing every lie that falls out of Trump's mouth.
  6. Moderno is also a two-dose vaccine. Canada hopes to have most Canadians vaccinated by the end of 2021.
  7. Listening to a news report, a nurse talking about "Covid isn't real" patients dying from Covid.  They miss time with family and friends as they deny their diagnoses. They insist it must be pneumonia, the flu, lung cancer, and that "this can't be happening" until their last breath.  Brought me to tears, even more than hearing about the thousands of people dying on a daily basis.

I really don't get how people can conclude there's a worldwide conspiracy to "scare" us into wearing masks and staying home by inflating the seriousness of Covid.  If anything, many countries downplay the extent of infection and deaths to avoid looking bad or to keep their citizens from "panicking".   Only in Western democracies can we be reasonably sure there's accurate information provided.

This is so, so sad and in places like Canada, the States, the UK etc., so unnecessary.  If "survival of the fittest" is true, then people who are so stupid as to deny a deadly pandemic should be the first to suffer from it.  Sadly, this isn't the case.  We're all at risk, and the deniers put as at more risk as they spread misinformation, cry about masks and refuse to follow public health guidelines.

    So many unnecessary deaths.

Ever heard of "Scamdemic"?  Ever noticed anyone claiming that "its just the flu",  that "its the same as the flu", that "its no worse than the flu", thst "all deaths from flu/pneumonia/heart attacks/stroke/etc are being reported as Covid deaths", that "MSM is lying", that "Masks are a path to totalitarianism, communism, death of democracy".  Ever noticed anti-mask or anti-shutdown protests?

All of that is misinformation and more people die than need to because that misinformation convinces them the risk is marginal and they don't need to take it seriously.  Then they get sick and die, still denying that its Covid killing them.

So sad, so unneccessary.  We'd have plenty enough deaths without the deniers spreading their lies and fake news.

What YOU are hearing here is that some folks suspect that Red China made and released this virus onto an unsuspecting world...either by design or accident.

They built it to do just what it does...just enough of a threat that everybody has to do the dance.

Either way...let's be clear...bat virus bad.

      Now...WHY VIRUS???

      That's a more interesting question........

Why is Communist China (there are two if you recall...Taiwan the other) making deadly bioweapons in the first place? Don't say: 'everybody does it' because they do not.

      Are you paranoid?

  8. Why doesn't the Trump legal team subpeona the code and database logs from Dominion; that would show any tampering that went on.
  9. Trump team is continuing lose in court.
  10. DogonPorch makes a claim, refuses to back it up and says he'll ignore any evidence that disputes his claim.  Looks like he's Trump's trained sealion.

Yeah, we're all part of a cult, I probably shouldn't be telling you this, but...

  11. As you haven't been able to give a meaningful response in your last three attempts, I accept your surrender.
  12. You are the guy who threatened "consequences", and then brought up shooting. Why wouldn't I think you are the cause? Why should you get a pass for implying violence if we don't accept Trump's claims of fraud?
  13. You are the one wishing for it; nobody but you mentioned any violence.
  14. 1. 78 million people voted for Biden. 2. You can't even help yourself from what I've seen.
  15. And every case that's been brought to court has failed. Lawyers, when pressed by judges have said - in so many words - they are not alleging fraud. Trump's legal team has started to withdraw their cases. If every "evidence" of fraud is dismissed by the courts from now till January 20th, are you going to accept that Trump lost? Or will you still be threatening violence on behalf of Trump?
  16. Why should there be shooting when it's demonstrated, over and over again, that Biden won and Trump lost? Why do Trump cultists threaten violence when they don't get their way? Why are they so unwilling to accept their loss?
  17. Ah, yeah you do ... https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-election-2020/trump-election-biden-romney-george-w-bush-b1704986.html
  18. Right now, there are 78 million people who believe that Biden won the election and that there was no fraud. Ignore them at your peril. Even among the 74 million who voted for Trump, at least 30% believe Biden won. That's a total of 100 million people who you would ignore - at your peril. There is no evidence to support claims of deliberate and widespread fraud in order to ensure Biden won. That's a fantasy dreamed up by Trump and believed by his cult.
  19. Odd how Trump cultists criticize silence as assent to violence, but when their Orange God explicitly promotes, out loud, violence against his opponents - they say nothing, or even defend him. DAF.
  20. In 2016, did Hillary (or Obama) sit in the White House weeks after the election, declaring that Hillary had actually won, that there was fraud and launching (failing) court case after (failing) court case to prove it? The answer is no - but in 2020 that is what Trump and his cult are doing. In 2016 did Hillary concede immediately after it was clear she'd lost? Yes - but in 2020 Trump continues to refuse to do so, whining like a five-year old. In 2016 did Obama immediately invite Trump to the White House and start the process to transfer power? Yes - but in 2020 Trump refuses to do that, putting American security at risk. Your attempt to compare the behaviors of Hillary in 2016 as remotely similar to Trump in 2020 fails on every level. You should be embarrassed.
  21. Maybe if the cultists weren't so blind to their leader's behavior - sulking and whining because he lost the election, fair and square - there would be no need to point out to them the lies and hypocrisy of their cult.
  22. So close and yet so far. Trump's dehumanizing comments about women. Trump's dehumazing of immigrants and refugees. Trump's rhetoric supports dehumization among Americans, and especially among the alt-right. "Last year, a psychological survey of the alt-right — an ideological group that supports white nationalism — found even higher levels of dehumanization for many of these groups. On average, the alt-righters in the survey rated Muslims at a 55.4 (again, out of 100), Democrats at 60.4, black people at 64.7, Mexicans at 67.7, journalists at 58.6, Jews at 73, and feminists at 57. These groups appear as subhumans to those taking the survey. And what about white people? They were scored at a noble 91.8."
  23. Thanks for explaining.
  24. Isn't that a Canadian value, and thus required of all leaders? Anyway, I tried to find some policies of the Conservative party, but was unsuccessful. Other than the standard "Liberals are bad, we'll make everything ok" schtick. So as of now, I have no idea if the O'Toole Conservatives are a party I could support. I suppose in my ideal world, I'd like to see their policies now, and how well they adhere to them while in opposition. I'm ok with change ir updates, as they learn more and circumstances change. But I suppose they consider it in their best interest to auto-reject anything the Liberals come up with, then create some policy at election time by guessing the mood of Canadians at that time. According to Trudeaumeter, the Liverals have kept 143 if their 230 election promises, broken 67 and are working on 20. I dunno if that's good or bad relative to other parties.
