  1. Not this weekend, he's at this event
  2. It would all be peaches and cream then. Interesting, but never mind the crime stats of the Liberal Party of Canada(fraud is missing)...... give me the stats for the provinces and your source.
  3. And crime went down. That's good news considering crime when down across Canada. National crime rate drops: StatsCan Good thing Manitoba didn't bring in Liberals........ Reality Check
  4. Youth is not the era of wisdom; let us therefore have due consideration. - Antoine de Rivarol, Comte de Rivarol
  5. He cares deeply for the military but being a Tory, you say he would urinate on dead soldiers families. Come on Stan let's be fair. Keepitsimple seems reasonable, rational and a decent person. There is no way he would use a term like "piss on the families" or even condone it's use. Is there? I'll do the honourable thing about that remark and apologise to Keepitsimple for implying he would say such a thing. Keepitsimple, I'm deeply sorry I should have known better.
  6. Think for a minute, for what possible reason would anybody have to take a minimum wage job? And is it the government or employer's responsibility to support the employee's family? The opportunities for better pay and better jobs lie in the worker's desire to want to advance themselves. Don't want to sacrifice your time and effort, then you get what's left over.
  7. He cares deeply for the military but being a Tory, you say he would urinate on dead soldiers families.
  8. I think the Tories have accused Liberals of being tied to terrorism or supportive of Taliban. As a Canadian, do you really think the Liberal support the Taliban? Are the Taliban fellow Canadians in the military? Would you make a comment on urinating on their Family members?
  9. Please. Give me a break. Tories should stop playing the victim here. When they start talking about who makes a better Canadian, they lose all credibility. As a Canadian(you are Canadian?), do you feel urinating on dead soldiers families is something ANY Canadian would do?
  10. Just commenting on how the Tories treated families in regards to funerals. The Tories don't urinate on dead soldiers families in regards to funerals. Canadians of all stripes have much more respect of the military than to comment the way you did. To make such a statement and attribute it to someone else makes me wonder what goes on in your head. Dissapointed in your selection of words.
  11. Maybe Tinfoil Hats could scamble the signals.
  12. And now the Tories piss all over the families in dead soldiers. Well done. Urinating on dead soldiers families? Dobbin,Dobbin,Dobbin.I expect better from you. What next, a Hitler comment?
  13. For some people, the grass is always greener on the other side.
  14. The opposition parties got 58% of the vote, compared to 36% for the Conservatives. If the opposition parties (and thus, indirectly, 58% of the population) agree on an issue, why should the Conservatives (indirectly, 36% of the population) get their way instead? Because we live in a democracy and like it or not, our system says the party with the most seats runs the country. Unfortunately % of the population has diddly squat to do with it. Our system, had it been like France, would have eliminated the parties with the lowest number of votes from running in a follow up election. The opposition is nit picking on these bills and holding them up from passing because they are playing political games in hopes of forcing an election. This game playing will bite them in the ass.
  15. No, it's because the Liberals think they are still running the government from opposition benches.
  16. Boo Booed Dion should get used to this kind of reception. This isn't the first time he's been booed. Meet Stephane Dion, Quebec separatist Ignatieff supporters booed Dion reopening the Constitution Hamilton Steelworker Helps Shout Down Stephane Dion Cherniak on Politics Cherniak on Politics mushroom Citizen Shift ...and I'm sure it won't be his last.
  17. Au contraire my good friend. He is very creative. As a member of his high school young Liberal club, I think he did well,he turned from a non-creative Young Liberal, into becoming the 22nd PM. Young Liberals with political aspirations could learn a valuable lesson from this.
  18. Young people are the most savvy bunch when it comes to creativity and filming. They dance circles around the older generation when it comes to music/film/computer technology. Take a look on some stuff done on Youtube. Unfortunately in my view, this particular group just couldn't get it done.
  19. I would have expected something more creative from the younger political generation. I'm sure people their own age would call this stuff "lame". Too bad someone thought it was good enough to be viewed....... probably the two in the ads.
  20. With these ads, I look forward to this bunch being Old Liberals.
  21. National Union of P&G Employees Newsletter Close enough.
  22. Do yourself a favour and learn something about foreign ownership in Canada from this article. Also this article What is the negative to Canadians?
  23. Frenzy, smenzy. This "frenzy" is nothing new and has been going on for years. Where was everybody's concern throughout the last 50 or more years? e.g. Where is the Canadian car industry? No one's complaining about U.S. or Japanese companies taking over. Canada is one of the few developed nations that doesn't have it's own national built auto. Business has no borders.
