I would suggest that since almost all democratic world leaders do an enormous amount of talking on the subject of global warming they are the one's that have an huge amount of financial resources at their disposal. And I believe there are more than only one solution to this supposed man-made problem. Adapting to the change rather than reversing it seems to make much more sense. I fear that common sense will lose out in this battle.
