  1. Why do you keep saying that when you know that it isn't true? Do you have memory problems, or just like to tell stories? There are 384 hospitals in Ontario, and 1235 hospitalizations for covid19. 3.3 per hospital on average, of these 337 are in intensive care, slightly less than one per hospital on average. I know that we have visited this before, so I must assume that you are deficient in some capacity. If a hospital can't provide the necessary beds, perhaps they could treat cut fingers, or sprained ankles in an area set aside in a community center, or temporary shelter, and make space available in the hospital. I don't know how to make that simpler for you. https://www.statista.com/statistics/440923/total-number-of-hospital-establishments-in-canada-by-province/ https://covid-19.ontario.ca/data

  2. Ohhhhhhh, like Russian delusion - 2016 through 2019? Or like when the Demonrats tried to block a SCJ appointment based on the vague memories of some teenage drama that almost certainly never even happened? Or when the MSM was trying to influence the election by spreading rumours that Trump called all soldiers and veterans losers? Gimme a break Beave. You're an ardent supporter of MSM disinformation and literally nothing is beneath you. For you to start pointing your fingers at other people right now is the epitome of hypocrisy.

  3. Which give you what? A half a percent? I don't think they even pay enough to put you ahead of minimal inflation. Mutual funds in Canada are a ripoff, with fees that are often 2% or more. ETFs, on the other hand, perform as well and their fees are well below 1%. Some of them are down around 0.5%. Scotiabank's dividend is over 5% now. Very nice. You can't live without a credit card. The trick is to pay off what you borrow before they can charge interest.

  4. No...don't confuse American interests with world police...not always the same thing. Russia and China have interests too. Then please encourage your own country to do something about Putin if it bothers you so much. Being a NATO deadbeat is the opposite of that. Obama and Biden yielded to Putin long before Trump ever became president.

  5. That's thread drift. I'm saying the previous assumption that environmental studies led to tax increases is a conspiracy theory. People need to stop thinking about public policy discussions as though there are villains everywhere.

  7. It's very beneficial to have a strong relationship with the Ukraine . . . . . Biden knows this.

  10. To any reasonable person, the biggest lying news outlet 1) isn’t really a ‘news’ outlet by definition, and 2) is the one that they actually catch lying. For me personally, I don’t have to catch a person or organization lying fifty times to write them off. Once is enough to reduce their credibility to almost zero. If they get caught on a second lie then they’ve crossed the point of no return. Catching CNN lying is easy if you are an objective observer. It’s not a daily or weekly occurrence, pretty much everything that they say is wholly or partially untrue, or deliberately misleading. For the CNN fanboys who’ve trapped themselves in CNN’s corner by quoting & defending them over the years it gets harder and harder to admit that they were sucked in. Too bad. You shouldn’t have propagated their lies in the first place.

  12. Then it is a win-win....thank you for playing. Trump has been so effective at this, Canadians insult each other by calling each other "Trumpers". I cannot think of another contemporary foreign leader who has so firmly injected himself into the collective Canadian consciousness.
