A good mullah is a dead mullah.... Fortunately, these fucktards are literally so old and out of touch that the younger generations of population don’t take them seriously. They just want to attach themselves to people like a bunch of leech sucking their blood whilst creating an outside enemy. Their mission is accomplished....They achieved yo turn Iranians against religion by their enforcement of their version of islamic laws. ffs why should a mullah rule Iran and get involved in politics when their place should be in religious institutions just like the archbishops in churches!!! I don’t get it. I don’t think they are even welcome in mosques.....

They played better than Spain in second half and missed lots of chances as well with one disallowed goal. Iran players are under a lot of pressure both internally (the regime hates win and subsequent national celebrations sometimes resulting in slogans and renewed sense of nationalism) and externally (not sure where they got their shoes as Nike boycotted players. Hopefully in the next world cup with a new regime in Iran and high moral they will make it to semi finals. They are as good as any other team in the group 8 which will qualify for semi finals. Best defense but issues in scoring.
