Are you denying that you regularly complain that immigrants from non-European countries: - Lack economic value to Canada; - Fail to fit-in culturally and socially; - In the case of Muslims, present a particular threat to Canada due to misogynistic and violent beliefs? I'm sure the ones that we've accepted into our homelands for their own safety are very grateful. They are having a swell time, a great life, and cranberry sauce. Those living in other countries must learn to raise their own turkeys.

South Korea is a wealthy efficient country with a lot of national pride. They will do a bang up job. Brazil did a good job with the World Cup in spite of itself and will probably do the same with the Olympics, even if it bankrupts them like Greece. I agree that countries with governments which need to by fiscally responsible to stay in power, will be much less inclined to support the Olympics unless there are some big changes.
