I've read over those posts and nothing in there answers the questions I raised.

There shouldn't be any religion practiced in public schools & classrooms on school . Religious clubs outside of the classroom led by and based on voluntary involvement of students during their own spare time I think is ok.

Seems Atheism had drawn the ire of people who think rejecting the cultural religious practices of visible minorities is racist. John Oliver looked at the French Elections and was super critical of National Front's Anti-Immigration policy. But part of their platform is banning any visible forms of religious expression. It's an interesting paradox where you have left-wing people so focused on tolerance they embrace regressive religious elements and right wingers who reject religion. Strange times indeed.

I have to agree with Altai on this. Freedom of speech is limited. There are certain laws that restrict it. We must also remember a forum sets it's own rules which can mean there are limits to speech. We cannot insult other people. The question of offending is a complicated question. It depends on a number of things. We have to be careful when making a point that the point if expressed in a way that causes the least offense. If the purpose is to simply offend someone, then that would be wrong.

Junior, well for those who can not see through his fake persona and terrible acting(public speaking)there is no hope for you and you are doomed to be star struck the rest of your life. If you have to mention Harper to defend him then you are doomed to be blind the rest of your life. If you think he makes a difference in the world then you are doomed to see rainbows and unicorns the rest of your life. Fact is that junior is just another liar politician but with good looks and pretty words who has no idea about how much harm he is doing to Canada and if you have to ask what harm there is no pointing out the obvious to you. This is not a game or about a model with uh terrible public speaking posture , but about what his reckless policies will do to Canada 20 years from now and what he is setting in motion will have very dire effects for us and in those 20 years we will become divided to the point of civil war or a major breakup of Canada but then the sunny ways crowd will never see that until it is to late.
