Our governing system was absolutely constituted on the need for a prime minister. It was modeled after the british system which absolutely was designed based on the concept of a prime minister and we've had a prime minister since the very first second there was a Canadian government. And the system is based on the idea of a confrontational system. A governing party, an opposition party, Each with a leader.
