I reject your premise of lying during the deposition. That's not established fact. But the weird part is that you somehow think that support from a legal fund has any bearing the evidence presented. It doesn't have any relevance whatsoever to the question of whether Trump assaulted or raped Caroll.

Like saying that your team would have won a hockey game if only the ref had known that the opposing goalie lied about his height. Well, no, the points are the points. The win is the win. And the extranea is irrelevant.

Yeah, except, your side changed the rules to create the hockey game, where your team could show up with no practice, no training, no skills, and just skate around hitting pucks while you have the refs on your side forcing the other team to sit in the penalty box most of the time...

i just confused the Carroll trial with Bragg's False Business records trial which was a bench trial.

The judge in the first trial was fine with the explanation from her attorneys. Trump tried the same busted argument on the appeals court, and they too agreed that there was no reason to believe that Carroll was intentionally dishonest. 

So, not only is your claim NOT an established fact, but two courts have rejected your claim as fact already.

But you STILL don't know the truth, which is that Carrolll had no need to know or care about her lawyers' financing for her CONTINGENCY TRIAL, since she wasn't paying them in ANY CASE.
