But the Pope has a lot of supporters among the voting population.  This gambit has to end well and soon for Trump. We should all hope it ends well.

Israel has no interest in Iran other than the fact Iran has been sponsoring, guiding, arming and directing terrorist attacks on it for forty years and has repeatedly vowed to destroy it.

The regimes of Jordan and Egypt are US puppets. Netanyahu needs constant wars. Just wait and see the rhetoric develop about Turkey next, maybe even Pakistan. Fortunately, Americans are beginning to wake up to his scams.

You must be wacko.  Israel is only defending itself against the surrounding Islamic regimes that want to destroy it.  That has always been the case since the Roman Empire attacked Israel in the 1st century CE and killed many of the Jews and scattered many throughout the world.  So for the past 2,000 they have struggled to survive and endless anti-Semitism in Europe and other places.  The Muslims took over control of Israel soon after Islam was started in the 7th century and spread by the sword.  It remained under the Ottoman Empire for centuries.  After the endless persecution of the Jews in other countries, many of them became determined to re-establish their homeland Israel and miraculously were able to in 1948.  The Muslims in surrounding countries and in the Palestine area never accepted that.  They continue to try to destroy Israel.  This is not a question of Israel wanting to be at war with their neighbours.  They are simply trying to survive as a nation.

The Iranian leadership believes Israel is an illegitimate country that sits on Muslim land and must be destroyed. They believe that while also arbitrarily executing and torturing their own people to keep them in line. They have a good relationship with China who they sell discounted priced oil to, while China commits genocide against their fellow Muslims. The same could be said about the Russians who turned Chechnya into a parking lot. But you figure they'll never nuke Israel for fear of killing fellow Muslims? It just doesn't add up.

The Vatican has been anti-Semitic for 1,500 years throughout Europe.  They justified the persecution of Jews through history claiming the Jews crucified Christ.  They forgot one thing.  Christ was a Jew.  Would Jesus approve of the persecution of the Jews.  I strongly doubt it.

The Pope during WW2 said little about the Holocaust perpetrated by the Nazis.  The Vatican had a hard time recognizing Israel and still thinks Jerusalem should not solely belong to Israel.  Nothing they say can be trusted.

Being an anti-semite, he must thereforse fully support  the Ayatollahs, and being as how they want nukes, he must support Iran's nuclear ambitions.
