Agreed. Both Trump and Biden chose massive stimulus packages as a hedge against massive suffering and potentially dramatic collapse. In my view, and that of most economists, they made the right call. Inflation is the cost of economic stimulus. 

Economists will differ on how much of the inflationary pressure was due to stimulus rather than global supply chain constraints (typically with the latter bearing more blame) but stimulus certainly played a part. 

One can certainly poke holes at how it was executed, but the fact that every other economic indicator recovered and was strong is the upside to that cost. The US economic recovery was "the envy of the world" for a reason.

If that kid was Biden  he would say that he was not holding a hose and spraying water. We can say, definitively, that he is. The words do not negate the actions.

The Biden handlers instructed CBP to release all illegal aliens into the US if they claimed asylum. They did this in violation of federal law, BTW. They set court dates and did nothing of consequence when those individuals missed their date or were found to have no valid asylum claim. In addition  they issued SSN's, driver's licenses, welfare benefits and even cell phones. Even when a deportation order was issued, none of those things were rescinded and no one came to deport them. 

So they did not call it an open  border? Don't care what they called it. It looked like shit. It smelled like shit. So it was shit.

You claimed that, but you failed to acknowledge that the increased production was in spite of the admin's revocation of leases. You also failed to acknowledge that some of that added output was made possible by the previous administration's policies. That is a massive lie of omission. Biden does not get credit because private land drilling increased more than he could stop Gulf of America drilling and other leased areas.
