Eyeball said only they can say for sure, and sure they said but they didn't REEEEEAAAALLY REALLY say, they just sort of said, which is sad so he said they should really say, see what he's saying?

and by that he means they should just admit they're guilty of something whether they are or they aren't and if they don't then they're not really saying. 'Nuff said.

Nope, I'm merely saying we should have stronger measures and protocols to ensure greater accountability and fewer fùck-ups by cops.

I said now watch what you say they'll be calling you a radical,

Nope. You are changing your stance now. You claimed it was a tragic mistake by DHS.

So why shield DHS if they are infact innocent and fault free? Fact is, a man with disabilities was in their custody, and a week after he was released found dead.

You are not saying much of anything here that matters to this specific situation. Just BS baseless assertions.

They did comment, They said they dropped the dude off and then he died almost a week later having nothing to do with them.

Except for the possibility that dropping him off is what lead to his death.

Police have said exposure to cold had nothing to do with it but the medical examiner still hasn't filed their report.

Nope, we need to redefine what it means to be a refugee as well as an asylee.

For example: You may be considered for refugee or asylum status if your home country is trying to find you and kill you. You still need to apply at a port of entry, not break into the country and get caught by law enforcement.

The possibility Aliens could have abducted him and dropped him back off…

Again, you have nothing to offer.

Opinions not assertions.

You on the other hand jumped directly to conclusions. They're certainly not baseless given what we know about the sort of unquestioning adoration right-wingers have for cops and how they behave, especially towards immigrants.

What do you mean why shield DHS? Who is shielding them and what do you mean by shield?

What does this have to do with your baseless assertions and spending a day obfuscating over them to then change your story and then when called out ignore that and then ask this question?

Can you offer anything of actual substance here to back up your assertions or not?

So, no. Just gonna keep up your usual stupid song and dance routine.

"immigrant" implies illegal aliens are legal. That is complete bullshit, and you left-wingers use it all the time. By just saying "immigrant" in the context of illegal immigration tells the listener he needs to laugh in your face immediately.

LOL!!!

How? By dropping him off at night in the middle of winter without a protocol for how to deal with handicapped refugees who can't speak English - except to say sorry. It's a wonder he survived as long as he did.

Well, he probably entered the country illegally, so it's on the jackass democrat activist judge for releasing the guy into the harsh weather. Maybe that degenerate activist judge should've released him into ICE custody. At least he'd still be alive.

It simply doesn't matter to you people is all. Meanwhile you're exactly like an old sea lion that never has a lot but says it a lot anyway. To everyone.

You're simply narrowing a definition to suit your prejudice and want the police to represent that prejudice when siccing them on people.

You people are really a lot like a crowd of schoolkids who gather around to encourage the bully that's beating on someone weaker.

1. You bet your ass I'm being prejudiced - I'm being prejudiced for my own country - Americans FIRST, ALWAYS.

2. That's a stupid example. Here's the correct one: YOU people are a lot like a bunch of white cucks that steal from citizens and give to black and brown aliens. You're sort of like dickless communist fascist Robinhoods for Ilhan Omar and her non-white criminal invaders.

This is definitely on the jackass judge too, for not instructing police to ensure that when disabled, older, confused, vulnerable people are being released they're properly released into the hands of those who can provide the kind of assistance such people need.

Like I said, this isn't just on the bozos from the Border Patrol. It's a system wide failure...as I'm quite sure the recommendations from a proper inquiry would reflect - like measures and protocols and stiff penalties for inaction, incompetence, indifference and especially intent.

Yeah, I don't doubt a lot of cops feel the same as you. In fact I wouldn't doubt it's been drilled into them.

How was he disabled that he couldn’t care for himself or anything that happened to him was the fault of Border Patrol?

Again, you are full of shit.

No, stupid, I said he probably ENTERED the country illegally. We need to gather them all up and put them in Mexico. They can apply for whatever the hell they want at the border FROM Mexico.

You might need a dictionary here...but the combination of being partially blind, older, unable to speak English should fit the bill.

I get it the Border Patrol like a lot of LEO's don't seem to be hired for their smarts but that's probably something the inquiry might want to consider in its recommendations to the justice system that failed poor Mr Alam.

As I said the protocol now appears to be pass the buck, resist change and defend the status quo. It's what t̶h̶e̶ you people want -  it's the democratic thing to do.

You didn't say anything remotely like that. Once again you find yourself having to go back and rewrite what you said

.The cops dropped him off, he died a week later. What kind of accountability do you think was missing here?

Stop being racists. Just drop immigration enforcement and open the borders.
