Yes, and it's completely non-binding.  It's just a document of agreed understanding, goals, expectations, with no binding follow through, no timetable of dates, progress, etc.

Hence no point...

Yup. You clearly understand that PP pooched and totally miscalculated Trudeau's departure and Trumps threats.

I hope you also understand that the USA is not Canada and we have never been equal or even close in GDP.

Nope...they voted on a complainative motion, not the MOU.

The MOU is already a done deal between the government and Alberta.

What is it with you trained seals that you canto get that?.....Alberta and the government have an accepted MOU., no need to vot eon the MOU    LOL LOL LOL

I didn't say GDP, I said per capita GDP.  I was on par with the United States when Turdeau took over.  Now it's 40% less, thanks to terrible Liberal economic policies.  Thanks for making everyone poorer.  Thanks for making the Canadian dollar worthless.  Thanks for driving foreign investment out of the country at a record rate.  Thanks for doubling the cost of housing.  Thanks for increasing health care wait times.  You guys have done a great job! LOL

The motion, put forward by Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, had the following

"That this House urges the Government of Canada to support the construction of one or more oil pipelines from Alberta to the British Columbia coast for export to Asian markets, alongside an adjustment to the Oil Tanker Moratorium Act." (This is a synthesis of the motion's intent based on the parliamentary debates, not the exact written motion).
The motion called on the government to act to "unblock investment and expedite construction".
This motion was a supply day motion introduced by the Leader of the Official Opposition (Conservative Party), Mr. Pierre Poilievre. It was defeated by a vote of 196 to 139, with the Liberals, Bloc Québécois, and NDP voting against it.
For official and complete records of all motions and parliamentary business, you can refer to the official publications of the House of Commons, such as the Order Paper and Notice Paper or the Debates (Hansard).

It's dated December 9 2025. Cant you bloody read.

Here's a link. Try putting on the giglamps before an attempt to read an understand.

Don't be an ass..your original link, Order Paper and Notice Paper or the Debates (Hansard)  if you even clicked on it  turned out to be  https://www.ourcommons.ca/documentviewer/en/44-1/house/sitting-325/order-notice/page-5

It's OK, I can disregard your ignorant statement.

Hayzeus man you really are hard work. I provided the text as written 3 time now and you still wander off into some weird interpretation.

Get real sunshine. You make or say nothing substantial, all your statements have a large degree of ignorance.

Your whole shtick is ignorantly dropping bloodspots everywhere.

Pathetic.

Mr Ma was quite eloquent in hos statement for leaving. He saw that the conservatives (nee PP Le Pew) have nothing to offer Canadians.

Get over it.... PP was not even in the house for his own motion and he lost and is complaining.

If his party does not see that he will never win..then the party is doomed for second place for longer than even they anticipate.

You know what other Conservative amendment was defeated on another bill? One that would make people arrested for crimes ineligible to apply for refugee status. The Liberals voted that down.

Every one of the 15 Indians arrested for extortion and arson has now applied for refugee status.
