Trump is a recidivist criminal who has never shown respect for the rule of law. He should have been prosecuted promptly for the Jan 6 riot and the grotesque corruption in Georgia where he asked for votes to be found. Well, it helps if you can actually articulate an actual crime he should have been convicted of, because he didn’t do anything criminal on J6 or in Georgia on that phone call.

This isn’t a problem with others being unreasonable, it’s a problem that you have convinced yourself of things that are not true or certainly not very compelling.

Not really.  Both of those were basically made up charges. It's obvious to anyone that when he asked for votes to be found he wasn't asking for them to be faked.  And jan 6 wasn't his fault in the slighest.  Unless you also want to blame sanders for the shooting of the republicans at the ball field, harris for the shooting of trump, etc.

You mean like they did to him?  Fake dossiers? Ordering the intelligence community to post fake reports to justify an investigation? Faking documentation for warrants? Creating never before seen fake criminal charges that only exist if you "really believe" in another crime that was never proven or even specifically alleged ,just that there was one somewhere?  Harassment claims of civil fraud? Unconstitutional attempts to keep his name from the ballot?

Do you know what moral relativism is? You wouldn’t need that lame rhetorical device if you weren’t cheering for somebody as dreadful as Trump. Unlike Romney, McCain or Bush he can’t be defended on his own merits. Instead there’s the constant childish resort to spurious allegations of similar offences by others as if that excuses everything he does. The corruption by the Trump family in this administration already dwarfs anything Hunter Biden got up to in his entire life.
