I didn't see any evidence that they were or weren't guilty of what they were charged with.

Can they prove that they even spent one cent on the things that they claimed to be spending it on? 

The article drones on for a very long time without mentioning what those guys actually did with that money.

I think there's a really strong stance on the innocence of the church leaders but I haven't seen any evidence of it.

It looks alot like the playbook they played on the Trump organization and on the NRA. Unless you believe every conservative institution is embezzling money. 

I personally see these as politicization of the judiciary with the midterms coming up. Its a pattern.
