I mean, is 2 million in 250 days a healthy clip, or should it be more? I was hoping for more like 5 or 6 million by this time.

Considering they were starting from scratch I kind of feel like that's an impressive number. Whether you agree with the program or not that's like hunting down and capturing the entire city of montreal and all it's residents AND Kitchner ontario as well. 

I would have guessed they would be hard pressed to hit those numbers in a year. 

And that doesn't even include the self deportations and we know there's a fair number of those.

And TBH, this isn't compared to a country that had net-zero illegal immigration in 2024.

The US went from +2,500,000/yr to -2,500,000/yr (at the pace he's on, 2.5M/yr is realistic.

It's actually a swing of -5Million/year compared to last year. 

And while this actual push to combat illegal entries is on, it is discouraging entries at the border.

Trump's opposition: "WHERE IS OUR DIRT CHEAP LABOUR, AND THE TENANTS FOR OUR SLUMS!!!!! IF WE CAN'T HAVE ILLEGALS WE WILL MOVE OUR BUSINESSES TO COUNTRIES WHERE SLAVERY IS LEGAL!"
