What is the name of the Constitution?

Does it say US Constitution, or does it say World Constitution?

Whichever one you didn't read and choose to make up in your head.

I asked you a simple question, which you cannot answer. I must assume you can find where it is, but it's too hard for you to actually read it.

You asked a question, but my question made your question irrelevant.

The Constitution is for American citizens, NOT the entire f*cking planet.

Illegal aliens should be given due process AFTER they are removed from the country.

That’s like saying people accused of murder should receive a fair trial AFTER they have been executed.  The whole point of due process is to ensure they are guilty of the offence they’re off which they’re accused.

Meanwhile Trump’s personal ICE gestapo illegally arrested a law abiding Chicago city alderman in a hospital because they get annoyed by her questions.

Meanwhile, you don't give a shit about the open borders lawlessness and cheer it on, so you attack federal law enforcement for doing their jobs.

Arresting law abiding citizens - who are elected officials no less - simply for asking questions you don’t feel like answering is only “doing your job” if you’re in a fascist police state. Don’t pretend having a Gestapo force terrorize citizens is the only solution to America’s immigration problems

That's a good point.

Kick their asses out, then let them do their process in Mexico. ;)

No. You check ID's and if they don't have them, you kick their asses out. They can do their process from Mexico.

If anyone has their priorities set straight, it's you Deliginal.  Trump on 👍

The problem is that you don't think there is any immigration problem to solve nor do you want to solve anything. You support the open borders madness.

Why don't you go complain to your own government to let all these people in and then put them up in your own home.

That’s a lie. I have never said any such thing. I usually don’t even comment on US immigration issues. Being anti-gestapo doesn’t automatically mean pro-illegal immigration.

And here’s the latest run down of the Gestapo and their tactics

Where do you get these stupid ideas?

I know from experience that in Canada and I would assume the states as well, that if one is not in the country legally, one must leave and THEN apply for status.

Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

Leave it to a leftoid to equate execution with deportation. lol

Due process shouldn't even apply. If you're caught in this country illegally then your ass needs to be removed, immediately. Once you've been removed, you can file for whatever the f*ck you want from Mexico.

I accept your apology.

So, have you packed your shit yet? I'm sure Cuba is waiting for you with arms wide open. ;)

But you failed every f*cking course, so you'd better start over.

And remember: YOU are not always right, in fact you're pretty much wrong all of the time. Try to keep that in mind as you work through the lectures and assignments. ;)

No, you are the liar as always. You sit here demonizing federal law enforcement, calling them the Gestapo.

But hey, lets see you admit you are just fine with them enforcing immigration law, detaining and removing people here illegally, that it is just when they go to far, like you think they did here that you disagree.

But yeah, you commented on this in multiple threads before now lying about what they were doing, arresting people, chopping up wood.

Remember this thread? Yeah, you ran from it like the cowardly person you are and like you do in almost all the threads you are in with me:

I’m not “equating” them dumbass. In democratic system, which you’ve been clear that you hate, a punishment only comes after a fair trial and conviction, stupid.

How do you determine if someone is in the county illegally if they don’t have a chance to prove they’re innocent of that accusation?  You fascists are so stupid.

It is not "punishment" to deport someone, it is simply what happens when someone enters this country unlawfully. They are expelled back out.

When a border patrol agent watches someone literally climb over the wall and enter unlawfully, we do not have to spend the next 2 years and appeals proving that in court before removing them. It is in fact all the due process to have expedited removals in these circumstances as have been upheld in our judicial system.

Yeah because they’re acting like gestapo. If you honestly believe that criticizing their unnecessary gestapo tactics necessarily means supporting the problem they’re allegedly trying to address you’re more simple-minded than I gave you credit for.

LOL, just like the coward you are, you completely ignore your lies and hide from the question.

Nice try. We’re not talking about border patrol watching someone climb over a wall, we’re talking about people being snatched up off the street or out of their homes after living in the USA for years or even decades, many of them in USA legally. You’re being completely dishonest by pretending this is about people caught climbing over the wall you know it.

Bullshit. What lie?  What question?  You right wing nutjobs overuse the word “lie” to refer to any statement you don’t like. LOL words have no meaning to you people. I haven’t told a single “lie” and there’s not a single question in any of your responses to me so doesn’t that make YOU the liar?

No, you are discussing some hypothetical desired state with someone. I am giving you an actual factual example in response to your stupidity on due process as you responded back.

You are the one being dishonest saying "many of them in the USA legally"

The fact that the previous administration ignored their unlaw status doesn't change that they are here illegally, they entered illegally, and doesn't somehow magically make them immune to having immigration laws enforced now.
