America is a Naval power, we're not a land power, though we haven't had a serious go at it since WWII when we invaded the entire european continent. It would require us to mobilize our entire country to defeat China, Russia and India combined. The smarter move would be to let those power attack each other as they often do. For that is exactly what happens. Those three countries have more deaths on their hands between one another then actually fighting Americans. 

The only country that have even a resemblance of animosity with America is Canada and Mexico. But we have already turned them into economic serfdom.

Ok...let's not conflate Nationalism with arrogance. BRICS does present a growing challenge to the USD. That has to be acknowledged. It is not insignificant and while BRICS grows...US hegemony is shrinking. 

Trump was correct, back in his first term, when he kept asking 'Why should the USA and Russia be enemies?' Such an alliance would create much better geopolitical and military stability.
