Carney is making a big show of moving away from America as our primary defense allyplace to procure hardware, but at this point no deals have been signed and no equipment ordered. I think it's largely smoking mirrors to be honest. But we'll see, time will tell

Most of whom had coverage already, and there have been all kinds of problems. 

Each province had plans in place, and it even says right on the gov't website that if they qualify provincially no problem they can still sign up federally, which means the feds have been stacking the numbers. Most of those people already had coverage.

 It would have covered their Pharmacy tab, the dental, eyewear etc

But you stuck your head so far up your ass you can't even see what should have been obvious from day one. This is a horrible deal that is horribly expensive and most of the people it helps we're already being helped. Explain to me how this is anything but a failure
