You are not asking for 100 m2 somewhere in Canada. You want a precise space with access to a washroom, level ground, cleared of trees, secure....

No, not really.   For example Mt.Robson was a tough one, now it is shut down due to climate change events that destroyed bridges and the trailhead in spots.  Mt. Assiniboine - same thing.  You cannot get a spot and on and on it goes.

I remember going to Joffre Lakes one year - no problem.  Then a few years later cars were parked kilometers along the highway "near" the trailhead.   Totally overrun with freshly minted Canadians.  All places in the mountains that you have heard about are like that.

Those you have not heard about may still accommodate you, but make sure you tell no one about them.

If you are dumb enough and uneducated enough not to be able to find a decent little patch of land in this province to camp on with practically no notice then you probably shouldn't be in the woods in the first place. Try a hotel, more your speed

If you go to the same places everybody goes then it's going to be crowded. But there's a crap ton of places that have no people at them but you're fine little camping spots. You may have to bring your own toilet or dig one when you get there

There are two types of people in this world: Those who can extrapolate from incomplete data

Our programs to mentor foreign doctors are laughably inadequate in terms of magnitude and are part of a medical establishment that is at best ambivalent, let’s say, as to whether they should be coming here at all. My local med school trains no GPs for my town any more. Sending my tax dollars to Egypt would make more sense.
