When I was 14 one of my customers offered me a job working in his shop.

It's definitely practical to work hard and show interest when you're a kid.

I never thought I'd see the day when young adults began voting Conservative and older folk Liberal. We have major problems in this country and they are largely of our own making. And besides housing and doctor shortages, and unemployment... there's the climate, economy, and energy thing which are far more important and have to be addressed in a sensible manner. Carney's got his work cut out for him if he wants to turn this ship around.

Never thought I'd see that day either, and throw in having a sizable number of NDP switching to the conservatives as we saw last year.

I don't think carney has any intention of turning the ship around. I think he will do the minimum amount necessary to stay popular enough to retain power. That will be about the height of it. The guy is already managing by public opinion which is a very bad sign
