Why won't they just hire people because of their color and say they're better? What's the point of a program? Obviously there's a big conspiracy around where HR and hiring managers all over the Western World are hiring unqualified people. 2. Since when is the question. A couple of times in recent years, I've had to take a DEI course and test. Perhaps you have as well? Inevitably, one of the questions is something like... You're a hiring manager for a position that requires certain basic skills. You have 10 applicants. Of them, 2 meet the requirements and of those 2, one meets and exceeds the requirements and the other just meets them. The more qualified of the 2 is Caucasian. The lesser qualified is a coloured minority. Who should you offer the position to? Of course, the "correct" answer on this test question is, the coloured minority. However that sets aside merit for DEI. And indeed, this is a form of conspiracy. Its also a case of government coercion. As in "The Employment Equity Act". 2. Stop trying to side-step. Merit is being ignored in order to employ minorities over the most qualified. THAT is bigotry. Edited Thursday at 02:29 PM by Nationalist Quote Its so lonely in m'saddle since m'horse died.

But I didn't like much of what my grandfather listened to. I was a 90s teen, but I listened to mostly 60s and 70s music back then. But I was a minority. What stands out to me now is how much more common it is for kids to be into music that is 40 - 50 years old. I think a lot of it is that as far as the music industry is concerned rock n roll is dead. Or just any kind of band music is dead. I mean of course it still exists but it's very indie. A lot of kids still love that raw powerful music. Edited Thursday at 03:06 PM by CouchPotato 1 Quote

"Workers" noticed the rising price of gas, groceries, housing, energy bills, interest rates, etc caused by Trudeau. Workers remember being forced to take the jab to keep their job. It's workers that utterly detest the sub-human pieces of shit in the LPOC.
