Sure we have pharmacare. I simply pointed out Employment Insurance doesn't offer it or dental care for that matter.

Oh look who's backpedaling.

no, when i pointed out we had these things your reply was 'bullshit'.  And once again you're forced to try to go back and rewrite what you said in an effort to cover up your stupidity.

So much of what they say is so similar that it will hurt the cons in this election. I know this is hard for you to accept. You should just hope that next time the cons pick a good candidat

what he says has more in common with carney these days than it does trump. And considering that carney is basically still in his policies you can make the same claim of Carney if you wanted

Liberals can't win without lying. This is the kind of lie you choose to tell because you haven't actually got anything substantial to talk about when it comes to Poilievre. His policies are great, so great that the liberals are stealing them. He has tons of experience in federal Canadian politics, he's a family man who's always lived here and cares deeply about Canada and doesn't have three different nationalities. He doesn't have ties to the Chinese government, he doesn't do business with elon and trump already, he has sound economic policies and is a moderate in most things.

So you pretend he's trump because you can't actually argue with any of the truth. That's pathetic

Yup. Employment Insurance does not offer dental or pharmacare. You said otherwise.

The provinces do. Including the one you live in.

EI is federal not provincial.

LOLOL  holy shit, it's only 9 in the morning and i've already broken you to the point where you're desperately lying :)

Lets look at what i said :)

Me: The provinces do. Including the one you live in.  In fact the pharmacare is light years better than what the feds offered and the dental care is quite good for low income people.

you:  Bullshit.

I never mentioned employment insurance.  I specifically said the provinces have such plans.

You said bullshit :)  LOLOLOL

And you're so pathetic you make it worse by trying to lie about what was said :) LOLOL

It's always so amusing to crush your little ego to the point where you look this stupid :P   thanks for the laughs!

Do you think that the Carney gov't has had an alarming number of scandals and lies in just 2 months?

No. I won't be voting him in any case.

I just like laughing at the hyperbolic  criticisms you people level at politicians. Plus it virtually guarantees Poilievre won't win.

No.

So you think it's normal, or ok, for a politician to tell so many fabrications to his voters, be receptive to that much foreign influence, have such close ties to an adversarial government, allow the officers of his gov't to threaten opposition members with handing them over to foreign authorities for a bounty, and to allow his followers to show up at opposition rallies and try to sabotage them?

Which is it: normal or ok?

I don't believe you.

As a CBC cultist you are powerless to do otherwise.

I just like laughing at the hyperbolic  criticisms you people level at politicians.

Hyperbolic?

Is homelessness a joke to you?

Are sky-high interest rates a joke to you?

Is it a joke when the PM tells us the exact opposite of the truth, over and over?

FYI there can be no hyperbolic criticism of Mark Carney's integrity: he has none whatsoever.

Quote

Plus it virtually guarantees Poilievre won't win.

You know that's a complete non-sequitur, right? It doesn't jive with the rest of your drivel at all.

If you don't want Poilievre to win, then who would you like to see win?

Obviously the Greens won't win, the Bloc can't win, and the NDP have no chance whatsoever...

If you don't want PP to win then you must want the Libs to win, yet you say that you're not voting for them... Are you stupid, or lying?

If you want the Libs to win, vote for them. If you don't, don't.

Are you sticking with "No", as your answer to "do you think that the Carney gov't has had an alarming number of scandals and lies in just 2 months" then?

If CNN gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

So you suggest that we should be accepting of and tolerant of politicians telling so many fabrications to their voters. Perhaps even welcoming

This certainly explains why you vote liberal

Leftists are frightened. They are controlled/dominated by fear, just like during covid.

Conservatives are primarily hopeful.

But it has but it hasn't. People are still wrestling with the idea that they can't afford food and housing and that's not fear-based

However the problem is that what fear there is has prompted NDP and block voters to jump to the liberals. The conservatives are actually doing quite well, it's just that those individuals are streaming to the liberals because they absolutely hate and detest the conservatives and they hope that Carney is the answer because they know that jagmeet is not but their hatred and bigotry won't allow them to consider the CPC.

The Conservatives really CAN'T address that effectively. They can pull younger ndp because those people want food and housing and they've already taken much of them before this started. but they really can't appeal to the others who are older left wingers.

They have to chip away at the blue libs and they've had some success there.  However this feels like a time of crisis and in a time of crisis people tend to stay with what they know, and it's hard to beat that.

It's worth mentioning again that at any other point in our history, 39 percent in the polls is a majority gov't. It's not like the cpc are doing badly.

The lesson so far is that they haven’t been prepared to go beyond their tribal base. It’s not exactly news that 40% wouldn’t be enough this time.

The lesson so far is that Canadians are suckers for disingenuous slitherers like Carney and the LPOC.

For 9 years they've been the champions of carbon taxes and then a month before the election he says "LOOK, We're saving you money by axing the tax!"

"YAY! CARNEY LOVES US!"

 😂

It's so embarrassing to be a Canadian sometimes that I wanna scream.

Poilievre is sticking to his campaign guns because his base isn't as cozy with liars as the leftists are. Centrists know what they're getting with the CPC and that's a lower cost of living, stronger economy, more personal freedoms, and less DEI/special-interest-group drivel.

It is absolutely news. Until this election started 40% would have easily won the election hands down. Even during the leadership run the polling indicated that it would be no problem. This became news when trump decided to put tariffs on and that happened like yesterday. I know it feels like it was a long time ago but it wasn't

So get real. This is absolutely shocking to everybody including the liberals. Absolutely nobody was predicting this even in January. Don't let your hatred blind your objectivity

Not at all, it's definitely out there LOL.

And I don't insist in the sense of using force, I suggest it be voluntary, for the same reasons some police feel wearing a camera helps build trust in the communities they serve.

Well sure and so we should if they're significant lies, ie they verge on being criminal in nature and where there's actual evidence for authorities to act on.

Like in the case of Kilmar Ábrego García for example. That's the sort of case that gets my goat.  And I sure don't see much if any outrage from you people over the lies being told by politicians about him.

Do you even know who I'm talking about never mind why in my reply?

Speaking of strong reactions and droplets, I suppose a few lefties might have peed themselves from laughing so hard at the effort you guys put into defending those immaterial incorrect statements.
