The point is quite clear, the AP is not banned from the White House, they are not banned from everything. They still have access to the press briefings and like other reporters with that access they can be on the grounds, so when Trump is moving out to go somewhere, fly on the helicopter, jump in the limo... the can stand there and ask questions. 1 Quote
