Who doesn't understand: Congress entourage, sessions, midterms elections themselves become pointless and meaningless if the budding dictator stops observing the laws that are made. Putin's, Xi's pet "parliaments" and "assemblies" have all of that, what would be the difference? And America is right at that point now, the final failure of the constitutional order if he continues to blatantly ignore court orders with complete impunity.

The failure of the rule of law means nothing less than the end of the constitutional order: now factually. America played with, ignored and shrugged off many things that shouldn't have been allowed. And here is the last and final one: withing a touch and a matter of days.

Yes, it is normal to blame other countries if they are not doing much or too little to care about the precursors being shipped into their country and the drug labs in their country that are producing these drugs. 

This is not a legal enterprise. We are not talking about why Canadians are not doing more to curb the use of Maple Syrup.
