No, once again, you just post crap on here with no care in the world for how truthful it is. What is your source saying Trump froze aid to Ukraine?

I bet it is not as good as mine saying the opposite:

US has not stopped military aid to Ukraine, Zelenskyy says

https://apnews.com/article/russia-ukraine-war-zelenskyy-us-aid-7a2d78db94565e6808e6d0699f6fa38d

“I am focused on military aid; it has not been stopped, thank God,”

LOL

This is a joke, right?

The entire reason the US should right have abandoned the WHO is because they were already in the pockets of China. The WHO helped cover up for China which led to the global pandemic.

China continues to be the largest polluter in the world... Oh no, they are going to do more to join the Paris accords on climate? ROFL Yeah, OK.

So America gives up on global institutions and lets China take over? No prizes for guessing how that will work out.

We are going to see a series of abrupt and unsettling advances from China in science and technology over the coming decade. Here is an example:

Quote

A little-known AI lab out of China has ignited panic throughout Silicon Valley after releasing AI models that can outperform America’s best despite being built more cheaply and with less-powerful chips.

DeepSeek, as the lab is called, unveiled a free, open-source large-language model in late December that it says took only two months and less than $6 million to build, using reduced-capability chips from Nvidia called H800s.

Be specific. Which institutions?

So far we are talking about the WHO and the Paris Climate agreement. I have already made numerous comments mocking the silliness of caring here.

The rebuttal is just "Grow up, Beave. Act your f'ing age."

Of course Trump stopped the flow of weapons into Ukraine, because that's the life-blood of this war.

At every turn, Zelenski has expressed a strong desire to either 1) have the war, or 2) keep the killing going. All he says is "Give us more guns. Give us more bullets. Give us more missiles. Give us drones. Give us fighter planes. Give us tanks. Give us better missiles. We HAVE to keep the war going."

If Trump wanted to end the war, why would he keep giving Zelenski what he wants? How f'ing stupid are you?

This is comical.

He lies, and then you mindlessly repeat the lie because it fits your desired dishonest narrative.

Trump did not stop the flow of weapons into Ukraine.

Yup. That was always the deal. The West is failing to keep up its end of the bargain.

Unfortunately China didn't become very democratic or free as a result of wheeling and dealing with us and the opposite is now becoming the likelier outcome.

It probably didn't help that Americans ran around the planet propping up dictators undermining whatever point they were otherwise trying to make in the world.

And now it appears America is aching to be the largest oppressor in the world. Exceptionalism and being great 'again' demands no less.

What goes around comes around.

I said now watch what you say they'll be calling you a radical,
a liberal, oh fanatical criminal

How are we failing? Our emissions are down and Chinas have been way up.

I have no idea what you are babbling about going around coming around here.

Half of us or more have invested nearly 5 decades denying there's an issue.

Cultivating that attitude makes it pretty easy for others to start adopting it too.

So… what does this have to do with the price of tea in China?

The DeepSeek story isn’t going away.  China’s recent advances in AI are dramatic and were made with relatively primitive hardware:

Quote

A jolt of panic hit big technology stocks on Monday, with investors rattled by fears that advances in artificial intelligence by Chinese upstarts could threaten the moneymaking power of tech giants in the United States, Europe and beyond.

The Chinese A.I. company DeepSeek has made waves by matching the abilities of cutting-edge chatbots while using a fraction of the specialized computer chips that leading A.I. companies rely on. That has prompted investors to rethink the large returns they are expecting on the heady valuations of chipmakers like Nvidia, whose equipment powers the most advanced A.I. systems, as well as the enormous investments that companies like Google, Meta and OpenAI are making to build their A.I. businesses.

Get ready for the future, folks:

Users experimenting with DeepSeek have seen the Chinese AI chatbot reply and then censor itself in real time, providing an arresting insight into its control of information and opinion.

Users might expect censorship to happen behind closed doors, before any information is shared. But that does not seem to be the case in the tool that sent US technology stocks tumbling on Monday. DeepSeek, or the automated guardrails that appear to police its own freedom of “thought” and “speech”, brazenly deletes uncomfortable points.
