So... you opposed the Democrats deploying the military to protect the Inauguration of Biden? You opposed Eisenhower using the 101st Airborne to escort black kids into school?

Hegseth Won't Answer If He Would REFUSE Trump ILLEGAL Order

its a simple question... he refused to answer.

So Hegseth refused to answer when he stopped beating his wife because he never started it must mean he won't stop beating his wife?

Remember when Democrats were all pissed off because Trump didn't order the NG to intervene on J6? Then we found out he did and Miller didn't do it. Now they are acting like Trump will turn the military on civilians just because. They are such trash.

it's not unlawful for the President to deploy troops inside the USA

by the Insurrection Act of 1807 ;

Under this law, in response to a state government’s request, the president may deploy the military to suppress an insurrection in that state. In addition, the Insurrection Act allows the president — with or without the state government’s consent — to use the military to enforce federal law or suppress a rebellion against federal authority in a state, or to protect a group of people’s civil rights when the state government is unable or unwilling to do so.

it would be so amusing to see you Democrat traitors to the republic shot dead by federal troops

under the Insurrection Act, after you've been screeching about "Insurrection" for the last four years

die in a fire of your own making, you filthy disgusting Communist traitors, burn in Hell after

He's already:

  • Threatened to invade two of our NATO allies in a land
  • Advocated for violence against protestors
  • Tried to deploy the army against civilians on J6
  • Egged on a murderous mob that was hunting his own VP
  • Tried to overthrow democracy altogether

But nah, he'd neeeeeeeeeever betray the sacred trust of the military if it served his ends. 🙄

And no, I just watched and he was asked a VERY fair question: Is there any order that a Commander in Chief--any president of any party--could give that would violate the constitution.

And the suck-ass couldn't even muster up the spine to acknowledge that such an order could exist. The proper answer is "I take an oath to defend the constitution and if an illegal order is given it is my duty to refuse it."

What a weak-ass biotch.

--His refusal speaks volumes. He may as well have whipped out a megaphone and yelled "Fark the constitution. I'll do whatever Trump says whenever he says it, whether it's constitutional or not."

Nah. It is a bullshìt question. It is a bullshìt question because it presumes that Trump will make some illegal command. These democrats didn't ask those questions of Joe even though Joe was clearly mentally diminished and could potentially issue orders in confusion. The question was a partisan hack question.

Don't you think that if I were wrong that I would know it?

These Libbies will absolutely lose their sh1t when Hegseth is confirmed.

Everyone with even a shred of decency or patriotism will. Only traitorous schemers will think this patently unqualified and wholly corrupt goon assuming control of the military is a good idea.

He's not qualified to hold the job, nor a man of any character to deserve the job if he were qualified.

You're lying. Watch the video of his testimony. The question explicitly did not presume that. They drilled down to the basic question: Is it possible for any president of any party to give an order that would be unconstitutional or illegal? He refused to even acknowledge that such a thing was possible.

And don't forget that Trump made MANY illegal orders or inquiries his last time in office.

Lol. Sure.

"We all know Trumonos a Russian asset and will move to destroy America. But, if any President ordered you to attack American citizens, would you do it?"

Yeah, they weren't talking about Trump.

its all ok. Christians are allowed to sin because they are always subsequently redeemed by Jesus.

specifically, he says so at 2:55 into the following video

'You were still married, correct?': Kaine grills Hegseth on past affair

Welcome to 2025.

When the United States was formed in 1776, they went to great lengths to separate the church from the state, for obvious reasons. For the past 2 decades, Republicans have been trying to blur that line, and appealing to the Evangelical Christian community. It is a proven failed system, as the Europeans did this for centuries. It was only when the church and state become separate did the working and middle class prosper.

You are such a pathic cowardly liar. That is why you hide from me.

He literally says:

"I am interested in upholding the laws and constitution in any particular scenario"

May have missed a word in there, transcribing this from the video and they are talking over each other.

So, keep hiding you pathetic coward.
