1. Go to congress with a huge gift-wrapped box that just belches some black smoke and then a note pops out that says "Congrats! It's a WW3!"
2. Ask congress and the senate to vote on extending their administration indefinitely until the lucrative war is over
3. Win with 95% of the vote
4. Naptime
5. wake up, get reminded that WW3 has started, finally get to push some buttons
6. schedule KJP out to brief the press
7. walk from somewhere to somewhere, looking official, and ignore the media
8. Eat yummy apple sauce
