vote for the NDP then

can't see myself voting for them this time  unless  singh was removed as leader before election . they need fresh blood in charge like boultrice from quebec or peter julian  or nathan cullen return.

the Liberals are the only left wing party which can form a government

so you are in the political wilderness for years to come

meanwhile, Donald Trump is already running Canada for right wing populism

from the actual seat of power in Washington

enjoy, losers

They definitely need to sit down and have a little think about themselves. When you look at Jack Layton's NDPs and you look at jagger's Hyper woke rhetoric but zero actual action The contrast is severely disappointing.

Layton was all about building and doing. He wanted to Build a Better Canada, he wanted to build new structures to support and help people prosper, he wanted to build something sustainable and it was prepared to actually do things to make that happen.

Jaggers is all about fighting, he'll fight this he'll fight that he'll fight those people over there, hey do you want to fight? But then he does nothing.

And honestly you can't build a better future by fighting. Sometimes you have to fight to protect what you've got but that's not the way forward

Somehow the NDP went from the first to the second and they really need to find their way back again. They need to get rid of this revolutionary woke activist crap and they need to stop being the liberals rubber stamp and go back to being the conscience of the parliament and actually work to get things done on a case-by-case basis whether it's a majority or minority.

So Canada will run the US ?

Are right-wingers happy that our economy will be "run" by the US ?

Would this be somehow better for Canada ?

no i meant in 8 to 10 years liberal  be back in power and cons be in the wilderness same pattern as usual.  and  the ones on here would be they seem to slober over the idea of being  an american or have usa running us.  but the people you see on here i wouldn't consider right wingers they are beyond that more like borderline far-right  .

of course it would be better for Canada

haven't you noticed how Americans are 40% wealthier than Canadians ?

it's funny how Americans are complaining about their economic lot

when by Canadian standards,  they are enjoying an historic boom time

I'm more radical right than I am far right

certainly I would hang the contemporary lunatic leftists from the yardarm

but only to impose classical liberalism in the end

 Or not :)

Things change. Even after Trudeau, the first one, who was nowhere nearly as hated as this one is, the liberals had to change and become quasi-conservatives in order to win after Mulroney. They ran on balancing the budget, reducing costs and taxes where possible etc etc. I mean they still turned out to be scumbags in the end but they had to put on a pretty good conservative facade to make that happen

This time I think the damage is even further deep for them and they will have an even harder time coming back. And probably ever is smarter than mulroney and a hell of a lot more charismatic than harper.

Not to mention that over the next 12 years there will be substantial population growth in the west at a higher rate than there will likely be in the east. Which means that more seats will be given to the west. And with the block still producing Quebec's relevance on the federal stage it's going to get harder and harder and harder for liberals to form majority governments and in fact governments at all.

The young kids are the ones that are the most p^ssed at the liberals right now and they're not likely to soon forget the misery that living under liberal rule has brought them.

The only reason the liberals were covered from the last disaster was because Trudeau came along and was Super Hyper charismatic and appealed to the east and then caught on across Canada. But the liberals don't really have anybody waiting in the wings with that kind of star power right now and it's unlikely they're going to find someone unless taylor swift decides she wants to run Canada :)

Not really, the Elder Wand was destroyed, Voodoo is racist, your witches cauldron has a leak and quantum physics doesn't work the same as in Avengers Endgame. All the lefty props are disappearing.

Here's a stick to bite down on.

Yes the greens who's leader takes her orders from palestinian authority....nice call, but we already knew which direction you would go...I'd rather vote for justin, thanks...

I'm not surprised, he doesn't support resistance to a bully and a thug either.

Of course he's a bully too so go figure.

A government without public oversight is like a nuclear plant without lead shielding.

there will always be a left

but on the current trajectory, the Conservatives will end up being the left

with the  Liberals & NDP having to back the Conservatives

to stave off an even more radical right wing counterrevolution
