Any extreme violence committed by a organized group for the purposes of seizing power concerns me, although seeing as it was mostly in the states obviously it didn't worry me that much.

But I would think that any normal person would find an organized group of villains doing 4 billion dollars worth of damage and causing many many deaths a little concerning even if it is a neighboring country rather than their own

So according to your source the talk these days involves how to interact with police. And appears to be a recommendation that they follow the police's instructions and don't fight back.
