LOL You don’t know WTF you are talking about.  THEY ARE ETHNICITIES. For example there is distinct Mexican culture, food, dialect, traditions and genetic composition compared to Puerto Rico. All of these Spanish speaking countries in Latin and South America are different.
 

There is no such thing as a “Hispanic” ethnicity. That’s an umbrella term used to describe a social class in USA or as shorthand when people want to refer to multiple ethnicities. It’s like saying “Eastern European” or “South Asian” or “Middle Eastern”.   Nobody is saying Latin American is a “race” you dumbass know-nothing  

So what if white people can be Puerto Rican in your mind that means it’s not racist to call Puerto Ricans “trash”?  And your claim that when he called Puerto Rico a “floating island of garbage” he was only talking about the land and not the people on it is ridiculously absurd. It’s also refuted by his immediately present diatribe about how ”those Latinos” make a lot of babies because they just “come inside” just like they do to America.
