What more can we do for CC? We get it down to zero, it does nothing for CC, except most of us will be broke. Poor countries will be the biggest contributors, because poor people dont give a hoot about CC. We must ship our NG to these countries to get them off coal. Which is on the rise.

Well there's the problem. 

We all know that the carbon tax was a hard fail.  

We also know that even if canada had ZERO emissions, and i don't mean 'net' zero but REAL zero,  it wouldn't make a difference.  

So it's getting harder and harder to sell it as a good idea when people can't put food on their table.
