"the fillibuster" What fillibuster? In 2017 Republicans got rid of the SCOTUS exception to what the Democrats already did in 2013 for all other non-SCOTUS judges. It is not non-sense to point out this is the escalation started by Democrats. Democrats don't get to launch the nuclear option in 2013 and then act surprised with Republicans retaliated for it. Quote

TBH, Democrats were fools for not eliminating the filibuster 100% when they had the chance.
