Yes, i got the same impression that he had an idea in his head but it wound up coming out garbled because his brain just can't keep up these days. And he sounded horrible. but - that's exactly what we've been seeing, that's dementia at work. Anyone can have a slip of the tongue now and again but with him it's chronic and it's because he just can't think and talk as well as he used to due to his diminished capacity. 1 Quote "That which doesn't kill me...
