Can a person convicted of a felony serve as President, when the United States Constitution states that a person convicted of a high crime or misdemeanor shall be removed from office?

Can a person lawfully serve as Commander in Chief of the United States military... if it is illegal for him to own a gun?

Can a person lawfully make treaties with foreign nations... if it is illegal for him to travel to 37 foreign nations, including most of Europe?

Can a person lawfully "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed," if he is a convicted felon?

It helps if you actually read the Constitution.

Under this SCOTUS, probably yes to all.

Yes to all. Obviously.

But we don't know if Hunter Biden is even planning on running yet so don't worry about it.

Not overwhelming.

Did you read the Constitution yet?

Hell, you don't even have to read the whole thing, just go to the section you brought up and you can clearly see the language that answers your question for you, shows how the way you asked it was skewed to begin with...

if you get a divorce and move in with a convicted felon, the judge won’t award you custody. Convicted felons aren’t allowed to own guns. They aren’t allowed to travel To Europe. They cannot serve on juries. Trump probably cannot even vote for himself this fall, and his golf clubs will likely lose their liquor licenses. There are many offices he is disqualified from even running for.

If that’s the best the GOP can come up with, they’re in deep trouble.
