Well, wether anyone actually does send back those who fled the draft to fight is a different question all together from the practice of nations to engage in the use of a draft to supply the military in times of dire need.

I didn’t say Russia was asking governments to give their people back, but that they too are engaged in drafting people to fight the war.

That's not really what I was asking about, but OK.

It seems this is not quite a "draft" per se.  As I showed from the AI information, which I don't really like to use since they are not known to be that accurate.
